Age: 13
Gender: female
District/Area: District Ten
Appearance:
Mindy is average hight for her age and and still has her 'baby fat' according to her mother. She has black hair that reaches to the bottom of her ears, that is when she doesn't have it pined up in brightly coloured barrettes all over her head. When her hair is up it's in a way that makes it stick out all over the place. Her eyes are blue and set so that she always looks tired, which she usually is. She likes to dress in bright colours but her family doesn't have enough money to get new clothes all the time or buy washing liquid that doesn't remove colour so most her clothes are just washed out. She is a fan of chunky fake jewelry that she wears all the time.
Personality:
Mindy always has her head in the clouds. She loves math like most people in District ten because she loves puzzles but she would much rather write. She lives in her head in the worlds she creates and reads when she's not. She likes to sleep too, if she could she's spend all with her eyes shut. She is also quite inactive because she's either doing what she's supposed to be doing, math, or what she's not supposed to be doing, writing, neither of which require moving.
History:
Mindy has five siblings, three sisters and two brothers, and is the middle child of them (third oldest). Living in a family of eight doesn't leave much money to spare. Mindy doesn't really mind being relatively poor though. She's had a pretty boring life the only problems in her household being minor family squabbles mostly to do with the fact that most of her family are realists who see no value in her dreaming.

Comments/Other:
Mindy's parents began renting out the land around thier home when the industry of thier district began to change, the effect of this has yet to be seen.
