Appearance: Being in district 11 in the fields day and night her skin is still pale as a vampire…but she doesn’t burn. She is known to be a long drink of water. Her legs are long sticks and so are her arms, but they are muscled from working in the fields.

Her soft pink lips complemented with her darker sky blue eyes. Her eyebrows are light brown arch with short light brown eyelashes. Her dark blond-brown hair hangs loosely down, but in the fields her hair is in a tight braid. Her hangs down just to her lower part of her chest.

Personality:

Personality: Kana is a more quiet creature, being in the fields most of the day talking isn’t smiled upon. She is more of a mysterious creature. She would rather be hidden than out in the open. Kana never just smiles from ear to ear, she mostly with give a slight grin at success.

Kana also shows she is crafty. She likes to tie snares though some of the other workers scold her when they get snared. In the fields using the night glasses increases her harvesting speeds, because she favors the night. She seems to blend into the night even though she is very pale. She is also very intelligent for most of her age. She is very smart knowing how to catch unwanted pests and detect poisonous plants.

But, her flaw trusts someone slightly to easily. She also is slightly bullheaded. It would mean when she makes up her mind it is set unless someone she trusts very much so. She also has one last flaw of is eager when she knows something is about to happen.

History:

[/b]: Kana was born in district 11 next to a beautiful orchid felid. She had a loving mother and father…and a sister, and brother. Kana’s mother and father worked in the fields during the day. Then her brother and sister worked at the night.

Each year during the reaping, Kana’s brother and sister picked the wheat and the oil for the yearly oil. At the age of five Kana’s mother keeled over in the fields and passed out and never returned to the family. After another month Kana’s mother was laid to rest. But…Kana’s father was shaken to the core by his wife’s death. Still he worked in the fields but the income was still low as could be. Each day each family member went to bed with hungry stomachs.

Kana soon aged to be 10 years of age and worked in the fields. Her hands came home with blisters, her arms sore, her legs screaming to rest. She learned more about knives cutting the plants, but not damaging the stunning part of the plant. She also learned to hide among the plants and harvesting the plants in secrecy. She also learned about trapping unwanted pests, and about poisoned plants. The days wore on to weeks then months to years. Soon Kana aged to 12 and the reaping began, and she chooses for the wheat and the oil entering her name a few more times. Each year is the same, and now she is more toned for flexible from being in the fields bending over to harvest. [/blockquote]Codeword: odair

UPDATE: Fixed the personally I wrote this late at night for my time he he...and the goggles in book 1 of the HG. Rue and Katniss were together and Katniss had these strange pair of goggles. Rue was surprised she didn't know what it was and explained the (capital people) gave a few pairs out and it would greatly increase her night vision. So Kana has gotten a pair before and under stands how to use then and what they are for.
