Silver has shoulder length wavy black hair and oval face. Her eyes are greenish gray with a significant dark circles under her eyes. Her skin is pale and she has small lips.
She's approximately 170cm tall weighing around 40kg with slender fingers and bony hands and legs. She is partially Swedish from her mother's side of family. She usually wears boy's clothing with a few sizes too big and pants.
She has scars on her hips and thighs from her self-mutilation act, hidden behind her clothes under those baggy shirts she steals from her deceased father's drawer. Scrapes decorate her hands and blisters are on her feet from her days at work.
Her hair is dull from days at the orchard and she has a hint of freckles scattered across her nose from childhood. She has high cheekbones that seem to protrude from under her skin and a stomach everyone who work at the orchard have after years of working with the crops.
She has a permanent scar on her left arm from an accident that killed her father 5 years ago at the orchard.
Personality:
Silver likes puzzles. She seeks for things other people ignore and value life in every form. She wants to love something. But she wouldn't want that thing to give up on her. Emotions bubbles inside her, deep inside where no one sees because she fears for them.
She is fairly happy, of course. She has friends and people who care about her but she will always question about love and life itself. She has ways to keep her troubles away, not a pretty one though and people close to her knows about the self-mutilation act she sometimes pull against herself. But she grew out of it and the scars are like reminders for her now. She thinks low of herself, and worry for simple things other people laugh at.
She is one of those who sees the glass half empty. Her lack of motivation and her low determination are the biggest flaw she has. She hates racism, those who differs people. And she actually supports Capitol's way to rule the country. She will gladly give herself away from someone she thinks worth more than her, which will certainly affect her performance in so many ways if she gets reaped for the Hunger Games.

Silver came from a normal family. Her father was a farmer and her mom works at the orchard. There was an accident and her father dies when she was 10, leaving her and her mother with very few savings. They do not worry, though. Since they live their life like most others do in District 11.
She originally has an older brother but he died when he was 4 from sickness. The brother, who was 2 years older than she is, died leaving her mother scarred for life. Unlike Katniss' mother who went loco after the death of her husband, Silver's mother became more and more protective of her remaining child.
Her childhood was average. As average as any other District 11 children with no significant event or anything. Her family was happy, although their oldest son died, they remained living despite the hard life they lead in the District 11.
The most memorable event from her childhood would be the day her father first took her to the orchard. The scene excites her despite the labor. She always liked the greens, and the sky and its puffy clouds so working on summer days doesn't bother her at all.
Her mother is strict, a woman who will do anything to make her only daughter have a life that is better than hers. She works hard to support Silver and herself, rarely getting any rest although her body is sore from being at the orchard all day.
She is loving, funny and uptight. But her decisions are made for their own good, some even for Silver's own good.
