Andrea Dioliso (District 12) (Modified)

With blue-gray eyes that sparkle like the ocean, and wavy, dirty blonde hair that falls about 4 inches past her shoulders, Andrea is quite distinct-looking. Her eyes give the solid impression of emotion, yet her face and body remain strong. Her body is slim yet curvy, and her face is an oval shape. Andrea's skin is pale and clear, not tampered with by acne. She's not beautiful, but she's a head turner.

There's something about her, so that she doesn't exactly look like everyone else. Andrea is by no means ugly, she's pretty in her own way. Andrea is about 5ft 3inches tall, and her pretty blonde hair is always parted on the side, over her shoulders or straight behind her back. Her pink lips are medium-sized and form a straight, white smile. Andrea has a long neck, and a gracefull, rolling gate to her walk.

Andrea is characterized by a brave, cunning personality. She's been known to take risks that nobody would, such as stealing food from her neighbor's house or filling the principal's office with coal. However, her smooth voice and cleverness got her out of those situations every time. Andrea has a sense of humor, which is typically either dry or slapstick. She's also very sarcastic, to the point where no one can tell it's sarcasm.

Her outgoing personality attracts many friends toward her, so she's never alone when she doesn't want to be. Andrea can be moody and loses her temper quickly. She doesn't like being told what to do unless it's mandatory. Andrea's sense of independence is reflected in how she acts at school, always preferring to work by herself so she doesn't have to listen to anybody. She's also very stubborn, never giving up on what she wants.

Her bubbliness and social charm earn her teacher's favor. She has very good hygiene, as well. Andrea is a very hard worker when she needs to be. She's been known to procrastinate on activities that don't interest her. Andrea also prefers to break up physical fights rather than take part in them.

Andrea was raised as an only child in a two-parent household. Her father, like just about every other man, was a coal miner. Her mother was a stay-at-home mom. Andrea never got along with her mother, as the two never saw eye-to-eye. Often, Andrea would go to sleep crying from the Damage her mother did to her.

At the age of 5, Andrea's cousin began to give her self-defense lessons. He also taught her hand-to-hand combat, how to use a spear, sword, and bow and arrow, and even how to identify edible plants. Andrea's cousin exhibited a great care for her, and was worried that she would be reaped for the Hunger Games. Her cousin was eventually reaped himself, at the age of 15. He made it to the final 5 before being killed by a fellow tribute. In his honor, Andrea practices her skills every weekend.

Andrea was known for being smart in school. She made mostly good grades, with the exception of a few. When she entered the 8th grade, her attractiveness won the hearts of a lot of guys. However, Andrea saw no point in a boyfriend, so she turned down all requests. She lost her ex-best friend once because her boyfriend favored Andrea. Andrea tried in vain to earn her back, but to no avail.

She has been seen in the Hob, socializing the the shopkeepers to keep herself from boredom. Sometimes, she'll watch their children while they go eat or use the bathroom. She was particularly close to a girl named Rachel, until she was reaped and killed in the Games.
