Dylan Wate District 12

For her age, Dylan is considered tall. She is 64 inches tall, or 5 foot 4 inches. She weighs 115 pounds, a slightly kinny, but overall healthy weight for her age. She has, half-back, shining, black hair, with bangs that frame her face.

She has almond shaped, glittering, bright, blue eyes that have yellow specks in them. She has a nose that fits perfectly on her face, right inbetween below her eyes. She has thin lips and a full mouth of teeth. She has thin, black eyebrows, and a tanned face with pink cheeks.

She has a slender neck, and a rather big esophagus, which, when she leans her head backwards, makes it look like she has a small atoms apple. She has slightly tanned skin, whith no freckles, but she does have a small (both width and height) scar abov her eyebrow, which stands vertically.

Her arms are skinny, but if she flexed, you could definantley see some definition. The exact same with her legs, which are supported with rather long, slender, feet.

Dylan is caring and loving, and would do ANYTHING for those close to her. So, for example, if one of her siblings were drawn for the games, she would take their spot, without even thinking. To her friends and family, she is quiet, but will talk occasionally. If you talk to her and are not her friend, and don't know her well, then you might describe her as, quiet, and when she would speak to you you might describe her as, gloomy, bitter, and dark. I f you said that, you wouldn't be to far off. Dylan hardly likes the world she lives in, where she starves and where people are being killed.
Dyan HATES the Capitol. She's not afraid to speak her mind, nor is she afraid to die. The only thing Dylan is afraid of is explosives. They scared her ever since there was an explosion when she was little.

Dylan excells at English and can't ever seem to sit still. She always seems to be moving, even if she's sitting down.

Dylan lives with her mom, her dad, two brothers, and three sisters. She is the oldest. Her family is POOR and Dylan enters the tesserae forty-three times. Her littlest sister, Taffy (12wants t start with the teassare, but Dylan absoloutely refuses it. Every time Taffy asks to join, Dylan enters the tessare one more time.

Her mother is a teacher who works eight hours a day as a teacher, and also spends time tensing to clothes. Her father works in the seventeen hours a day, and comes home with worn hands and bags under his eyes. She doesn't get to see her father that much, because when he gets home, he just goes to sleep.

When Dylan was 10, two 13 year olds beat her up, hense the scar above her eyebrow. Her father almost died in the mine explosion, so her father seems alomst, broken. She remembers when her father and her used to walk around the town, wearing big smiles.
