I can't find him in the Capitol characters. Do you guys no where he has gone??? I need him, because I am currently doing a thread with him.

Hi Cass!

From what I can see from the recent activity check form, your character was not submitted which probably means he was moved to the inactive characters board. Our policy with inactive characters is if you want your character back, you need to find him. Once you have found your character's bio, PM a librarian so they can make him active again.
