Arrow Adams, 11

Arrow is about 5' 5" tall. His build is so average no one expects the strength that he has. He is somewhat pale and not very well fed, with pale blue eyes. He has short dark hair and pale blue eyes. Arrow has a fasion sense taht is more "what works better for me?" rather than "what looks better?" meaning that he always has something that can be used to conceal things, going with his deciving nature.

He is almost always the first to kill any animal when one wanders into the area because of is exceptional skill with ranged, and throwing weapons. Also he has a round face despite the malnutrition he has suffered. He is a great fighter but can get off track which causes him to fail at some things he does. Also the others at the community home trust him with many things, including cooking and taking care of some of the younger ones.

Arrow is very unlikly to be an example phisicaly. But once you know him you find that he is a brilliant strong man with a big anger problem. He is always thinking through all plans tho.
In fact he uses his anger to help him plan the best death for his opponent. He has killid many times when people took from him or even said the wrong thing to him.He is feared by the people but also punished often by the peacekeepers because of the fights when someone pushes him over the edge.
Arrow is someone good to know. He cares for his many younger siblings that came with him to the community home when his parents died. he also had a bad time talking the peacekeepers and workers at the community home to let him take care of his younger siblings. Altho he had wished to get his own house the workers made him take care of his siblings at the community home.
even at the community home he takes care of his siblings to the utmost degree able.

Arrow was born in a shack in the area near the orchards in District Eleven. Although no one's exactly sure, the people at the community home think he is around 14 years old.He was always a healthy boy and his parents thaught nothing of him.
When he was five Arrow's parents were killed for trying to keep some food for him one night. He has lived in the community home ever sience.
He fights almost on a daily basis and is often not hungry because he takes it with out the people fromm whom he is taking it from noticing. He mostly takes food for his 3 sibings. His cooking helps for feeding his siblings.also he doesnt take no for an answer when he needs food , he cares much for siblings. he also takes care to never take more than absolutly nescacery. his greatest motivation is the survival of himself mostly but his famly is a close second in importance.

Arrow is excellent with ranged wepons and VERY smart.
