Day 4 Anthem

--During the fight between the goat muttations and the four-man alliance, the two leftover mutts looked at each other, a glance that seemed to signify the two smiling from ear to ear. While everyone was preoccupied with the one dead goat or were getting ready to strike the two again, the charged towards the brunette Tribute (Ember), one going to the back and the other standing at the front. In perfect position, they charged at once, impaling her from both sides. They tossed her to the ground in teamwork; and, while the Tribute laid on the floor, the two immediately pinned her down and slit her throat, before she could gurgle out a cry. They hoped the blood on their horns would tell the rest of the people to back off.

And they were left to their peace.--

The night has come. You wonder if your chances of survival are soaring or are plummeting. You think about how since many of the Tributes are gone, the rest are going to be more determined or lose more hope about their own probabilities. You cannot help but feel that being on either path of the fork is all the Capitol wants from you: you, a pitiful dog.

The Anthem comes on, and the upbeat does not mix well with the faces that pop onto the screen:

All girls this time. It is a bit remarkable seeing this, since the past four Hunger Games featured female victors. Does this mean the Capitol is shifting their taste, if even by the slightest bit?
