Dedric Saunsoci D10

Dedric is 6' even, and weighs 150lbs, so he is fairly thin but he does have wiry muscles, able to carry haybales up to 50lbs heavier than him without trouble, so he is pretty strong. He has shaggy dark brown hair and piercing green eyes. He is relatively fast at sprinting, able to run 100m in 13 seconds, but he can't run long distances well. He has very quick reflexes from the unpredictability of the animals he works with. He doesn't have a lot of clothing, and the usual blue jeans and button up shirt wear down quickly. Mostly he wears his prized black leather vest, (the hide of which he tanned himself) some worn down steel toed boots, and faded blue jeans. On occasion, especially during hotter days he'll wear a black cowboy hat that has a black rope-like seam around the rim, and two raven's feathers woven with several beads into the crown.

When in the pastures Dedric is hard-working and diligent in what he does. He has average intelligence in school but he knows how to track lost animals, which would pay off in the games if he gets reaped. He is a determined person and wouldn't flinch if he had to make a harsh decision. Around his friends and family he is laid back, preferring to sit back and relax.

He has worked in the pastures since a young age. He used to do dirty work, such as carrying hay and buckets of water to the animals, as well as finding strays and cleaning up after the animals in the pens. For the past 2 years though he has been training/breaking the more unruly animals, leaving him skilled with a whip. His father died in a stampede, and now it is just him and his mother at home.
