District Advantages?

I don't know about others but I think the hunger games have been pretty good, even if it seems like D12 is the national favorite. But what I'm wondering is if you can't seem to incorporate a sort of district advantage for each tribute due to what their District of origin produces/the career districts? Below I've made a list of examples that could be used to make the game only slightly more average.
D1&2: The Career Districts. Tributes from these districts could get double the boost from weapons training stations that they choose to attend.
(-OR-)
Tributes from this district have been training all their life and are more accurate. They may ignore one Miss (not block) per day/battle.
D3: The Electronic District. Tributes from this district are wise and are able to learn from one extra station if they do not use a Career station. (Stations marked with a red X.)
D4: The Fishing District: This district can either gain the Career Advantage or have the trapping station's benefits.
D5: The Oil Refining District: Knowing more about the ground than anyone else, tributes from this district have the ability to avoid one Gamemaker trap that is set into the land. (Not animals or creatures.)
D6: The Educated and Medical District. Tributes from this district do not need to visit the first aid station and also heal 4Hp rather than 3.
D7: The Forest District. Tributes from this district have a keen understanding of wood and are exempt from the fire making station.
D8: The Wool District. Tributes from this district have a deep understanding of fabrics and as such, they can make their own armor (I don't know if you currently HAVE armor or not.) provided that they have fabric or other materials to do so.
D9: The Old Hunting District. Tributes from this district know how to skin and strip meat off of animals, they gain +1 food for every animal they convert to food.
D10: The Breeding District. Tributes from this district know more about animals and how they respond. Tributes may avoid one Gamemaker animal meant for harm. (Not a land based trap.)
D11: The Food District. Tributes from this district have the ability to know more about wild food and are able to find one free wild food supply.
D12: The Coal District. Tributes from this district gain nothing special because the children have no knowledge of their own District's product until the age of 18.
I know a few of these bonuses are a bit lame like D3 but these are just some Ideas for you to think about. I love how the games are but I personally would like a bit more of an advantage for the different districts biased on their districts, but not so much that there isn't a chance for the other districts. maybe even a disadvantage to go along with the advantage. Like Career tributes have a harder time finding food on their own.
Anyway, just a thought for you gamemakers!! Enjoy
