Thank you to the Gamemakers who worked hard, despite all of the stuff they had going on in their lives. Dee and Luna, you rock – I can’t imagine the last few months were easy on you, but you made the Games fun and interesting and challenging.

Thank you to everyone who had a tribute in these Games. That was a fast, bloody Cornucopia and some of you didn’t get to write as much as you would have wanted, but it was a great Bloodbath.

Thank you to my Bros <33 Aya – I don’t know how it happened, but Alexander opened up a part of Mace I didn’t even know existed. It was wonderful writing with you, even though it was brief. Definitely looking forward to more plottage in the future ^^

Thank you to Lalia, Shrimp and Charade for being in the finale, for getting through all the grueling mess that is the end of the games. You all wrote your characters bravely, without apology, and I begrudge no one who wanted a different Victor, because everyone deserved to win.

But really I am writing this to thank two people who made this outcome possible. South, for taking over at the Bloodbath and seeing Mace through the very beginning while I was at my sister-in-law’s wedding. You were fast and brilliant, and when you wrote Mace, you made me think he could be more than what I had given him. You opened up my mind, and as a writer, that’s all I ever hope for. Thank you.

And to Thundy – YOU DID IT!! I share this victory with you, as much as I can, and I will be forever grateful. You took a tribute to victory. I honestly could not have done without your advice and help, from the very beginning. You are a great strategist, an insightful writer and a good friend. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Lastly to everyone who supported me/Mace/us through the games –a big ol’ warm hug to you! It made all the difference in the world to have people cheering us on.
