Damien is a giant in comparison to any normal person. At 6'9" he looks down upon everyone. He is very athletic, despite being from the Capitol. With his strong build and massive height, he is intimidating, but that combined with his mean features, most people attempt to avoid him altogether. He has sharp, almost pointy, facial features. His eyes are focused, and a deep hazel flecked with gold. His teeth are sharpened to a point. He has pale skin, but not because he had it dyed, his skin simply seemed to be permanently pale. He has black hair, about shoulder length, combed back over his head, down the back of his neck.

He usually wears a jet-black tuxedo, with a red dress shirt under it, and a red tie. He has a tattoo, permanent, on his right-hand palm. The tattoo is that of a black triskelion. He doesn't have anything other than that, and usually doesn't use the dyes and makeups of the Capitol.

Damien is quite the character. He has several personality disorders obtained during his childhood due to his father's poor example, and simple genes.

He has Histrionic Personality Disorder,

They may be inappropriately sexually provocative, express strong emotions with an impressionistic style, and be easily influenced by others. Associated features may include egocentrism, self-indulgence, continuous longing for appreciation, and persistent manipulative behavior to achieve their own needs.

He also has Maligent Narccisissim,

Malignant narcissism is a theoretical or 'experimental' diagnostic category; although narcissistic personality disorder is found in the current version of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-IV-TR), malignant narcissism is not. Individuals with malignant narcissism would be diagnosed under narcissistic personality disorder. Malignant narcissism can be partially treated with medications and therapy, helping to reduce aggravating symptoms. As a syndrome, it may include aspects of schizoid and narcissistic personality disorder, as well as paranoia — recent[when?] "contributions have confirmed the importance of malignant narcissism and the defense of projection" in the latter syndrome, as well as "the patient's vulnerability to malignant narcissistic regression".

These combined make him an egosentric sadist, and have a great effect on others. Anyone below him is treated like scum.
He thinks everyone below him.
He enjoys pain, and often tortures his subordinates just for the fun of it. Most people think him better off dead, but with his power, there is little way to achive this.
He is all around, evil personified.

In the nutshell he is an egotistic, self-centered, rich, evil, sadistic, twisted, and messed up nineteen year-old.

However even through all this he has an eccentric, show-offy side. He likes to leave big impressions and does most thigs with grandeur. When around new people, he likes to leave them in the impression that he is big, and they are small; they are so weak they could be crushed by a single blow.

He rarley gets sad, and hasn't cried once in his life. Not even when he was born, he just looked sterly at the doctor, as if he had done something wrong. He hasn't laughed ever either, and doesn't find anything to be funny. He delights in the pain of others, amd won't help in the least to anyone in the Capitol if they get in trouble. When working he has a more controlled attitude, and is more logical than anything. He thinks then only for the company, and if anything stands in the way of it's progress, including employees, they are wiped off the face of the earth.

Childhood:
As a young boy he had a great life; he was rich and well-fed, happy and free to do as he pleased. He was raised by only his father, who had left his mother because she had a problem with alchohol. He was raised in a perfect enviornment.
Though his father thought of everyone outside the Capital as worthless trash that needs to be disposed of. He ttok his son on a trip to a few districts to watch the beatings of citizens. Yes, his father was messed up. So he grew up thinking that the pain of normal people was entertainment rather than inhumane.

Teenage:
He grew up, and spent his time working at his father's company, which was a manufacturer of weapons, used in the Hunger Games. His father's company hand-made many of the weapons used there, and he helped make them, gifting him also with a muscular body. He was exelling in class, and was quite popular. He led an ideal life. But like all. To be perfect is impossible. One must have flaws...

Present Day:
Two days before he got out of school he was given one of the most modern IQ tests. He scored a 323, highest ever recorded in history. His father now planned to make him the CEO of his buisness after he retired. Damien however, couldn't wait for this. about a week later, he made sure that his father was incapacitated for the rest of his life.

After his father couldn't maintain the buisness, Damien took charge, and is currently in that position.
