Peach Cloud~Capitol (FINISHED!!!!)

There's a reason her name's Peach. She was born with peach colored skin. Along with her long, straight snow colored hair, and pumpkin orange eyes, this has made her parents feel lucky to have such a beautiful daughter. When it comes to her size and height, Peach is pretty average. But when being tall is the "thing" she wears extra tall heels.

Peach also loves makeup. She'll wear lipstick, blush, mascara, and eye liner. Sometimes, Peach will love to wear her ruby earing, in the shape of hearts. Also, if she's feeling fancy, she'll put her hair in curlers, even if it doesn't come out looking to good to others. As long as she thinks she looks good, Peach is a happy child.

The only, negative, flaw would be her freckles. Peach isn't covered in them, she just has a small group of them on each cheeks. Of course, in the Capitol, this is considered disgusting. And since Peach is so insecure about herself, she's saving up money to get rid of her freckles.

Peach is smarter than she appears, she's just lazy. If there's ever anything she wants done, she flirts with the boys at school to do work for her. (Never anything inappropriate though.) But she's never bossy. To some people, her laziness and tricking others is a flaw. Peach doesn't care though, she loves doing this.

Peach is also, well, too sarcastic. Not exactly mean, but she uses her sarcasm to much. Her parents try to ignore it, but even THEY get annoyed with her. Which doesn't help, since when she gets mad at people, she gets more sarcastic. But at least Peach knows when it's a good time to stop acting like that.

Like every other Capital child, Peach LOVES fashion. Sometimes, she won't even go to school if she has a bad hair day, has a pimple, or ran out of makeup. Peach wishes so badly that she could be the designer for the tributes every year. But since she's only 16, she keeps a little spiral where she designs outfits for her favorite Tributes every year. Peach believes in making The Tributes as beautiful as possible right before they die.

Even though Peach enjoys watching The Games, she often wonders why The Capitol hosts them. When she was younger, her parents explained to her that The Tributes and everyone in The Districts are animals, or at times monsters. But as Peach grows older, she feels terrible for them, and secretly wants to help them.

Peach is an only child. And she loves it. Her mom, Lucky, and dad, Glance, spoil her. They give her all the new clothes, makeup, and whatever else she wants. Her mom is more of like a best friend or older sister than she is a mother. All they ever do is shop, get their hair and nails done, and talk about boys. They never really have a mother to daughter conversation. Peach and her father don't really talk. The only thing he does for his daughter is buy her stuff. Glance doesn't really care about Peach, as long as she stays out of trouble.

Peach spent her childhood watching The Games with her father. That was the only time they would ever spend together. Her father would constantly remind her how lucky she is that she's not one of those "animals". But Peach also spent her childhood window shopping at the stores, or messing with her friends hair. Her childhood motto was "I'll make the world a more beautiful place one person at a time."

Even though Peach flirts with the boys, and is really sarcastic, she has more friends than you think. She has two best friends, and too many acquaintances to count. Most of the girls at school don't like her. They don't trust her, thinking that she'll steal away their boyfriends, even though Peach has never had one herself. And if she's not messing with boys, being to sarcastic, or shopping with her mom, she's always buying new clothes at any good store with her friends.

Believe it or not, Peach has a part time job. Yeah, I know, she's lazy, but when it comes to doing nails, she believes that's her calling. She wishes so badly that she could drop out of school and work full time, but that's against the law. And she would hate disappointing her Mom and Dad. She works Monday-Friday from 11 AM-4PM. Her boss, Beam, claims she has the talent to make all of Panem beautiful.
