Viva, Capitol(FINISHED)

Viva is a very flashy girl. She has natural blonde hair that she dyes turquoise. She has emerald green eyes. She usually wears opal earrings that dangle two inches from her ear lobes. She wears green, blue, and purple dresses that are right above her knees, with a metallic sheen. She thinks she can't be any prettier than she is currently with her looking like a supermodel and all. She has a blue iris tattooed on her left cheek.

Viva stands at 6 foot 1 inch in height. She weighs about 102 pounds. She wears high heels everywhere, no matter what. She wears turquoise blush, eye shadow, and lipstick. She wears black eyeliner, and puts on a thin layer of peach foundation. Blue mascara covers her long eyelashes. She usually wears an opal necklace that rests on her breasts. She usually lets her hair settle right at her shoulders but sometimes puts it up in a bun for important events. The only really bad thing is, her hair will never curl, ever. She also has a problem with dry skin running down her arms, which makes her ever so desperate to get it removed for good.

Viva is very bubbly. She will never stop talking and is always buying magazines to catch up on the latest gossip. Viva also likes to spend her time at fashion shows always buying only the most popular collections. Viva is usually a good person to go to if you feel down, since her great sense of humor is sure to let sun rays to coax laughter out of you.

Viva has a problem getting over quiet people. She just doesn't understand why they don't have anything to talk about, when there's always something new. Also, she despises District people. She believes they live to work for the Capitol one way or another. Her sarcasm can get to people though. Sometimes she goes a bit overboard, like she'll laugh at something that she says that's only funny to her.

Viva loves to sit down and watch the Games. She hates how they only happen once a year and wishes it would happen more often. She feels that the Districts need to be kept in line by the Hunger Games; otherwise the Dark Days will reoccur.

Viva will get very angry if you get under her skin, which can only be one small comment. She'll start turning bright red and spat things that are bad about you in your face. Then she'll stomp off and go home to calm done and sketch some clothes.

Viva is a pretty bright woman but doesn't really use them, except on fashion designing. Viva isn't lazy, but doesn't like to get up and sweat until her hair looks like a clown.

Viva doesn't have a very eventful past. She was born on December 12. She grew up as a spoiled little girl in the capitol with her mother, Clavia, and her father, Sectan. She lived with them and took interest in fashion designing. Her mother was the owner of a very successful clothes store.

Viva went to school like any other young girl in the Capitol, but took honor classes. She didn't want to be a computer designer though, that's was why they had district 3 right? So she dropped out of honor classes.

Viva used to have a best friend, before her buddy stole her boyfriend when she was 16. That cut that friendship short, fast. But Viva doesn't really care any more. Viva now just talks to her close friends but doesn't have the heart to get a new best friend.

Before her mother retired, Viva would work as a sub-stylist in the shop, helping her mother put the sketches into reality. Viva also had a job as a hair stylist at 18 for about 3 months but soon quit due to boredom.


After her mother retired from designing clothes, Viva took over the store at the age of nineteen. She was handed down her mother's sketchbook and some ideas to start with. Viva renamed the shop Vivian Paradise Fashions.

When she was 20 and a half she took a 6-month fashion course, and passed with an A+. Now she walks around sketching
