Acton Sanchez-District 1

Acton is kinda short , he's 5'4. His height doesn't stop people from being intimidated. He's an emo. Apparently that make some people nervous. He has black hair with bangs that shield his eyes. He feels that his bangs are kind of a security thing. If he didn't have his bangs , he'd feel naked. Acton's eyes are blue and are always rimed with thick liner. He enjoys makeup and feels that it is another art form.


His body is actually quite scrawny , he has barley any muscle. He doesn't care. Un-like the rest of the district 1 boys , he doesn't want to be a career. In-fact , he would only want to be in the games for suicide reasons. He has 2 piercings on his chin and hopes to get more. For clothing he likes to wear band tees and black skinny jeans. Spikes are the best. Basically give him anything black. He doesn't have anything Major wrong with his appearance, except for a couple burn and whip scars.

Something you'll notice right away about Acton is that he has Bipolar disorder. He starts getting intense mood swings a lot. This often affects people's opinion of him. He is also shy and quite. He doesn't really feel comfortable speaking in front of more then one person at a time. A lot of people find that Acton isn't the smartest person around. Acton just thinks that he's smart in a different way.

Acton is a huge music man. He uses music to help him deal with his bipolar disorder. His favorite instrument would probably be the guitar. His music teacher often says he has some kind of gift. When his father gives him money to go be a career , he spends it on instrumental equipment. Acton often says that music is the only reason his life is worth living. He can let go of all of his problems when he is playing music.


Acton wishes that he had friends. People often avoid him because of him being an emo , him having bipolar disorder , or both. He has never had a good friend. He often feels like he's terrible , just because no-one wants to be friends with him. Am I a monster? He often mutters to himself on the worst days. He tries to be happy , but has trouble due to bipolar disorder.

Acton was born in the year of the 41st hunger games. He has 2 siblings. A wonderful baby sister accurately named Breeze. He often babysits breeze on a good day. His other sibling , you ask? Training to be a career. Acton has barley ever seen him since career training started. He thinks that if they did meet again , they would argue because of opposing beliefs.

Acton's mom is really nice and kind. His dad? Not so much. His dad wants a hunger games victor so badly that he practically forced both boys in the family to train since they could walk. The dad , having learned that Acton had no potential in this area , completely shut him out of his life. Although , Acton thinks this is better then being forced to train for the games he doesn't want to be in. He hopes that once he turns 19 and is not eligible for the reaping anymore , his dad will accept him again.

When he is older , Acton aspires to be a famous musician. He wants to be so popular and so good ,that the capitol will want him. I guess you could say he dreams of a life of luxury. He hopes that by doing this , people will realize that they missed out on not being friends with him. He hopes to be an important member of the community , regardless of his flaws.
