Appearance:

Kirk is of average height.
His eyes are a deep blue, sometimes mistaken for indigo.
Kirk is very well-kept, he's never seen without his hair fixed perfectly.

Kirk is into theatrics, he'll do anything for the spotlight.
He is basically a betch.
Kirk is outspoken and always has something sarcastic to say.

Kirk doesn't take many things seriously, including his own life.
He may seem irresponsible, and he probably is.
Kirk often feels neglected or ignored if every eye isn't on him.
He likes to be the centere of attention.
Kirk will stand up for people occasionally, but he has to really like that person.
He's a total gossip and will do anything to get information.
Kirk is a closeted homosexual, he'd tell people, but he doesn't feel the need to.
He doesn't like the Lightwoods for absolutely no reason, he just hates them.

History:

Kirk has a very pretentious house in District 1.
His parents are successful businesspeople, in real-estate.
Kirk was born into a lot of wealth, and his parents never let him forget it.
His parents often throw parties and are always making sure that Kirk is the star of the show.
Kirk's mother is abused by his father, but he can't do anything about it, sadly.
His whole life is revolved around the games, as his parents tell him to train, (but he simply fixes his hair instead).
