Name, Vincente Johnson
Age, 18
Gender, Male
District/Area, District 1
Appearance,
Born to a family of six, Vincente was never the center of attenion. He was the third child of one of the richer familes in District 1 and proud of it. When he turned two, twins came into the Johnson's lives. Vincente loved the his two new little sisters, no matter how old he was. Those twins changed everything about the family because Marionete and Cain were only planning on two or three kids. Aunt Chey, or Cheyenne, told the two adults to be careful what they wished for. Vincent always thought that if they were careful, he wouldn't have two new sisters.
At four, the parents noticed he was addicted to music and stood out from other four year olds. Vincente appeared like an impolite, disbehaving child. Other parents kept their sons and daughters from the boy. He wondered what was wrong with him and tried to change. Both parents wanted it to happen, unfortunatley for them, it didn't.
Living in a nice house with a huge family wasn't good for Vincent's learning. There was noise every second in every single corner of the place. You never knew when one of the twins would scream in happiness or Trent would try to kill another spider. Those eight-legged arachnids scared the bejeezus out of Trent and him.
When he turned twelve, his parents got him a guitar. It was wooden with his name carved in the back. For six months at least, it sat in the dark corner of his room. Then one dreary adn rainy day, he started to strum on it. Soon he learned how to play full songs over the course of a year and four months. This was one of the best things to happen the the Johnsons.
Vincent turned fifteen and the final Johnson child was born. Her name was Evangeline and she was a happy child. Until the family found out she had a hole in her heart. She had only a few months to survive if the family didn't give up some money for treatment. Marion tried to force Cain to get rid of some money to help the little four month old. The night before Evangeline was going to learn she would get her treatment, he went in to check on his little sister. She was asleep, or so he thought. Her heart problem was there for too long and she passed away after they put her in the crib after dinner.
Even after her funeral, he never forgot the little sister who never grew up. Cain moved on but the rest of the Johnsons still stayed upset. Vincente grew colder and more mean after this experience and lashed at anyone who talked about her. His father was so disgusted about how upset they were, so he refuses to talk to any of them. The family could care less, even though Evangeline's death was three years ago. Vincent just wants his little sister back.

Personality,
Because You're The Only Hope For Me
Vincent knew most adults probably didn't care about piercings. It was normal for a few Career kids to get those if they could afford it. They were on his nose and lip, which were normal in District 1 if a kid got piercings. But everyone wanted to know why his eyes were brown. Not a dark brown, but light colored. They wondered it because all of his family had green or gray colored eyes. He also tends to put red eyeshadow on the eyelids if he has time.
People called him shorty. It wasn't Vincente's fault he was 5'4" at nineteen. It was a trait that passed along the family. Like how most of the boys got tattoos on their arms (Well, you could actually choose if you wanted tattoos or not, but that's different), though his father thinks he took it too far with them. He's strong at eighteen. Being able to lift at least one hundred pounds is good enough for him, as that's what most things he carries weigh.
He had one trademark clothing item. Bone gloves. They looked like bones on black gloves and Vincent wore them frequently. Even when he played the guitar they were on his hands. People said that it protected his fingers from red spots, sores, and such.
History,
Face All The Pain And Take It On
Vincente used to be a nice guy. He still is sometimes, but most of the time he is negative. One of the traits happens to be that he is impolite. Never saying 'thank you' or 'pardon me' was something that never happened. Grudges are also held many times in his life. He was always assuming that everyone who got grudge held by him, they were no longer his friend. Unless the human apoligized, of course.
He has nice things that shine now and then. Vincent tends to be quite forgiving and has gotten bad things (like backstabbing) happen because of that. When he does something stupid and people laugh, he also laughs at himself. Modesty and humbleness. Most of the time, Vincent is modest or humble, sometimes both at one time.
Friends are his whole world. Of course, his world is tiny and pretty much inescapable once you meet him. Especially if you are absolutley hated by the possy of people known as "Vincent's Crew" it is hard to get out. Sometimes he tends to be a little too possesive over the people he likes. Some people he has forgiven have backstabbed him multiple times.
Everyone who met Vincent learned he loved the guitar. At home, people could hear the guitar being strummed and such. That wasn't the only thing he loved to do. He loved learning from books. Even during the Hunger Games, which he hates, a book was propped open in front of his face. Vincent loves learning so much, he'll spend all day and night reading books on one subject.
A lot of people have phobias. For one kid, it's heights and for the other, it's for numbers. Traumatophobia, or fear of injury and war, is one of the fears Vincente has. Luckily he was never put in the Hunger Games or he would've died within the first second. Of course, he has many more, but the other main one is arachnophobia.
