Appearance:

Iris' eyes are the color of ice and shaped like a cat's. Her hair goes down a little past her shoulder's and is dyed raven black. Iris' skin is often tan from career training, but otherwise is as pale as a ghost. Iris is lightly muscled from her training, but not to the point where it's noticeable.

Iris has big lips that are out of proportion with her small ears. Her clothing is mainly white's and blues out of preference. Iris often has a light layer of make-up on along with her painted nails. Iris can often be seen dirty and beat-up from her training.

Personality:

Iris is what most people call a 'hard-ass'. She takes her training very seriously and will not except failure in anything. Iris is generally a no-nonsense kind of person. She can tolerate foolishness to a point if she's in a good mood, but not otherwise.

Iris, despite her rude nature, does care about a small group of people such as her family and only a couple of friends. She really doesn't hate to many people, but she was raised to be rude to others. She, once again despite her attitude, believes there is something to being fair. It's something of a test of strength to her.

Iris' dream is the same as many career's dreams, she wants to win the Hunger Games. She is self-confident to the point where she believes she has a better chance then most. Iris is conceited enough think those from lower districts are weak just because they're from lower districts.

History:
Iris comes from a wealthy and well-respected family in District Two. Her father is a top ranking Peacekeeper and her mother is something of a trophy wife. She was trained to win the Hunger Games ever since she was seven years old. She was also raised by her father to be ruthless and efficient.

During the fifty-first Hunger Games when Iris was only eight she lost her sister Amber in the Hunger Games. Amber was one of the last two tributes, the other was a girl from District Eleven. Amber was axed in the head by the other tribute. Iris has vowed to win the Games with her training ever since.

Iris now enjoys life with her training and ample spare time for her few friends. She's sure her year is coming, but if not, is prepared to volunteer for the spot. While still in D2, she goes through the usual problems involved with being a teenager such as finding love and fighting with family.
