Standing at slightly over 5', Ally is shorter than most girls her age, though she tends to assume she's the same height. Her size makes manuvering through small and tight spaces seem effortless, though it quickly becomes a disadvantage in the big crowds of her district, which she seems to always find herself in. 115 pounds isn't very big, and to her dismay, she finds herself always being easily pushed and shoved out of the way. Despite her size, pride makes her act like she's invincible. No one likes to think of themselves as weak and vunerable, and Ally is certainly no exception.
Ally isn't what someone would call beautiful, though she certainly is not ugly. Her brown hair stretches down just past her shoulders, and ocean blue eyes shine brilliantly. Scars wrap up and down her limbs, the result of her convulsive clumsiness. All too many times has she found herself caught in difficult situations. It's a miracle that this girl is even alive, given all the circumstances she's been through. Delicate, nimble fingers however, come in handy working with all the technology in her district. Her small wrists can easily slip through wiring boxes when any repairs are needed, unlike many of the brutes she works with.
[/color] [/blockquote][/blockquote]History:Ally is generally a sweet loving girl. Though she can be painfully awkward upon first introductions, she tends to warm up on people. Maybe there's something about all the corny jokes, random dancing, and funny faces she does, that makes people like her. Ally is an unpredictable individual. One moment she can be distant, caught deep in thought, then the next, she's break-dancing in the middle of your kitchen in front of your whole family. She loves to make people smile and laugh, and this is something she is very good at.
However, Ally tends to let her temper slip from time to time. Whenever something happens unexpectedly, she finds herself screaming and yelling at anyone unfortunate enough to be around her. Soon enough though, that anger turns into a deep grieving, hatred for herself. She doesn't view herself as a perfectionist or control obsessive freak, but she can't stand when something goes beyond her control. Which is normally what happens in any given situation.
Despite that major downfall, Ally has many admirable qualities. Compassion being one of them. Never one to stand watching people suffer, she lends out her hand whenever she can. Watching the games year after year is unbearable for her, see innocent lives being taken for the pleasure of the capitolites. How can humanity turn against each other in such a cruel way? Ally also like to write poety. With a love for the written word, she spends hours locked in her room, finding her muse for her latest poem.
[/color] [/blockquote][/blockquote]Codeword: oDairAlly grew up in a small household, with two older siblings. In time however, those siblings grew up and left home, leaving Ally as the only child. With her parents always off working, young Ally would spend her days after school alone in her house. To help their child cope with the lonely afternoons, Ally's parents aquired a cat to keep her company. Soon, this animal grew to be her best friend.
As soon as she could remember, Ally's family had been on the move. With her father's job, they relocated a lot, moving to different areas of the district. Thus making it hard for her to make, and keep any acquaintances. But she quickly adjusted to the fast-paced life style, choosing not to get too attached to an individual. Ally was never one to be able to handle good-byes, she always ended up crying and begging her parents to stay.
Growing up, Ally's parents, when they were home, ruled with a strict hand. There were so many rules and regulations that she had to follow, it made her miserable. But the older she got, the more rules she broke. This caused her even more trouble, often causing her to recieve a firm slap. Eventually, however, her parents loosened their hold on their daughter, allowing her more freedom. And this is the way it remains today.
