Rhiannon Vacarro

Rhee is 5'6 and weighs about 110 lbs. She's slim and has sunkissed skin with cheeks the color of a pink rose. She has dirty blonde hair with natural blonde highlights from the sun. Her eyes are the color of the sea, a blue green color. She has big eyes, a small button nose and small rounded lips.
She has a slim yet muscular body and is a b cup. She doesn't wear makeup since her family is poor but she looks fine without it. Her blonde hair is wavy and usually in a braid but when its down it goes to her mid back. She has long fingers and rather large feet. She's not wealthy and wears clothing that her mother sews by hand or cheap clothing when she can afford it. usually wears shorts or sweat pants with a crop top or a simple teeshirt. She has a crooked smile and large teeth. She has long limbs and is usually covered in scratches and bruises.

Rhee is hardworking and does whatever she can to keep her family able to eat and stay in their shack. She helps her mother sew and work and also takes care of her younger sister. She is also witty and not afraid to speak her mind, which sometimes gets her into trouble.
She gets her sense of humor from her father and is blunt about things. She's really caring and protective towards her sister and her older brother is protective towards her. She is also a bit of a flirt and wants to find love.she has big dreams even though she should focus on achieveable goals.
She's an extremely fast runner and knows how to use a knife, as she aquired one from a friend.. She's suprisingly strong and has great endurence. Her downfall is that she's clumsy at times. She feels like if she entered the hunger games, she would be the underdog. She also has a bit of a temper, when people insult her or her family but she's an overall good person.

Rhee was born into an average family in district 12 and has been working ever since she was young. Her work includes helping her mother and taking care of her sister while still attending school. She grew up with a close family, who, even though are poor, have stuck together and truely cared about each other. She has decent grades in school and is quick and smart.
Her family includes herself, her mother, her father, her older brother and younger sister. Her father, Nathaniel works in the mines and is funny like her. He has deep blue eyes and crooked smile, although he is still considered a handsome man. He is tall, around 6'1 and weighing roughly 200 lbs. He has a small scar above his left eyebrow from a mining accident. He has light brown hair.
Her mother Amber has ice blue eyes and ice blonde hair. She is 5'4 and slim like her daughter. she works from home sewing clothing and her daughters help her. She is very caring and comforting.
Her sister Rosalyn has violet eyes and brown hair with golden highlights from the sun. She is 11 years old and tall for her age at 5'1. She is slim with a round childish innocent face. She is loud and outgoing but sometimes says the wrong things.
Her brother River is tall slim and muscular. He has shaggy blonde hair and blue eyes. He is strong tough and a fighter. He secretly helps his father out in the mines. He looks like he's over 18 but he's only 16. He is a rebel but loves his family.
Her parents knew eachother since they were children and slowly fell in love. Rhee's father's brother was chosen for the hunger games as a 14 year old boy and died during the competition. Rhee always wanted to explore the other districts and dreamed about winning the hunger games.
Rhee has friends but since she's a bit outspoken, you either love her or hate her. She's unique and knows how to talk her way through things, as she is extremely persuasive. She knows how to take care of herself and her family and sometimes that means breaking minor rules, but she always gets away with it. She's just a determined person with good intentions.... Usually.
