Addison Heartly::District 12

Addison is a beautiful yet awkward girl. She has thick black hair that glints in the sunlight. But her hair is normally in a pony tail, unless it is a special occasion. Her eyes are a light blue, but are masked by glasses she hates. Her lips are a plush pink color, but always chapped.

Addison is skinny. Really skinny actually. But that's normal in District 12. Her skin is a pale ghostly white, that seems a little dull. But covering her skinny white frame is a light cotton shirt and dirty jeans. Covering her feet is a pair of beat up sneakers she has had since she was little.

A short summary of Addison would have to be her secretive nature. She tends to hide her feeling. Only close friends and family can get them out of her. If you don't know her well, you will never see her cry.

One thing you will see Addi doing though, is writing. It's her favorite hobby. It helps her get her feelings out. And that is how she hides them. But whenever she doesn't have access to something to write on, or write with, she is depressed. Not talking or anything.

Whenever Addi is around friends, she is a different person. Still a little secretive, but more friendly and happy. She loves being herself around her friends. And that includes her clumsy side. Addi often falls down or hurts herself on accident. But it doesn't really stop her.

Clearly something must have happened to Addi when she was little. And something did happen. When Addi was 5 years old, her dad died. He died from a heart attack. He died in his sleep, so Addi's mom woke up to her husband dead. And Addi no longer had a dad.

As Addi got older, after her father died, she became more secretive. Even though she had a nice life since that dreadful day, you know besides the lack of food, she still never managed to get away from her depression and past. So she turned to stealing.

Addi often stole things from the market. She was sneaky, and was only caught once. But was just given a warning. She stole alcohol and food. Then she would sneak off with her friends to the woods and drink. And this all started at age 12. Which is really young. And from this, she became an alcoholic. Stealing her drinks on a weakly basis. And storing them in the woods. Making sure no one finds it. And since then, she has always been more secretive and subdued.

Is this okay? Do i need to change the alcohol part? I think it just adds to her secretive side and makes her more interesting.
