Andrew Meagher District 4

Andrew is semi tall for is age at 5' 5'' with dirty blonde hair cut in short uneven waves. He is very tan and very skinny, his weight is 99 pounds. Although he is skinny he is still relatively strong and athletic His muscles, even if they aren't that large are clearly defined. The constant swimming, running and other day to day work keeps him fit.He has bright blue eyes that change to a deep green and even light grey depending on weather.

Andrew has a short attention span and has some twitches ex: his nose flares, the right side of his face tightens, he might twitch in and out of a smile. He got these twitches because of what the capitol did to him when he was young. he also has extremely fast reflex making him an excellent fisher with spears/tridents/throwing weapons.

Andrew is kinda strange in the head, he sometimes hears voices and likes to be left alone. He is nice when you get to know him but has odd fits that can cause him to get angry and sometimes violent. This happens because when the capitol punished him and tortured him. He doesnt usually listen to rules or orders as his way of trying to defy the capitol but this is sometimes very costly to him..

Andrew sometimes mutters to himself about how "They can't get me" and "It won't happen again" but is brave and takes risks. Because of his slight mental illness he doesnt fear things that maybe he should like the peacekeepers and what will happen if he disobeys the rules. and has a higher tolerance to pain than most people .

He doesn't like to have eyes on him and tends to hide when in big crowds, he gets flustered easily and studders when he is nervous. Andrew is great with his hands and can create many snares and knots, he is fast and extremely sneaky. he can disappear and reappear silently and steals quite a lot throughout the district, never once getting caught he steals things like food and clothing for warmth, as well as other items that he thinks may come in handy, he can also smuggle extra fish home. He is excellent with camoflauge which helps him in many ways, one of which is to hunt for food where he might blend in with the reeds to get closer to fish with out them realizing he is there and once he disguised himself on the ocean floor in the sand and mud, with a hollowed out reed to breathe through, so that fish would just swim right over him where he could simply snatch them..

Andrew was born at a strange time that has haunted him his whole life, making his birthday one of the most miserable days. He was born on the reaping day.

He was born unedspectedly and was almost taken away when the peackeepers came by to make sure everyone was at the reaping his mother was excused but Andrew was punished whitch is why he has the deep scares across his chest and back. This is why Andrew doesn't usually take his shirt off even when swimming because of the bandages that still cover his torso.

Andrew has three siblings, An older sister , she is 18, and a younger sister and brother, sister: 8 brother: 6 He cares for his siblings with all his life and will always protect them with all he has. The siblings love each other and together take care of the household. Andrew and his older sister do most of the hard work like getting food and doing household chores but everyone pitches in. Andrews mom is usually pretty out of it, blocking out the world ever since Andrews Dad died. Andrews dad died in a terrible boatting accident where his entire crew went down after they were attacked by these terrible creatures called sharks

Andrew is quite smart is a great engineer and problem solver
