Nixie Rhodes, beach blonde girl from District 4. She`s your usual district 4 teenager. Perfect tan, blue eyes, and that hair that is basically beach descended. Many fishnet making, fish hook making, and fishing has callused her handsvery badly. But, it`s proved it`s worth.And, being short is not fun either. She`s only five feet tall. But, her shortness, proves it`s worth by fitting in small places and her speed.

When you need to find Nixie, just look for the girl with a tank top, denim shorts, tennis shoes, big glasses, and a smile. One doesn`t need fancy clothing to be awesome:). Formal clothes?tsk,tsk, tsk. She only wears formal clothing when necessary. But, looks are deciving.

Nixie`s name, in German, means "Little water sprite", and it totally describes her. Everyday, even if it means only a few minutes, she`s in the water. Swimming, fishing, or any other ocean related activity that requires being in water or being close to water. That`s one perfect reason why she only wears formal clothing when necessary.

And, she`s a VERY smart girl. She pays close attention to her surroundings. She always tries her best in everything, and ends up succeeding(sometimes). You might think of her as a goody two shoes, but no. She may have a soft voice, but she`s not afraid to let her flirtatious party animal side show through.

And, to make matters worse, Stubborn is her alias. If alliances are in the question, you better be ready to swear on it. Otherwise, no deal. Don`t let her quiet demeanor fool you. Once she has her mind set, there`s no turning back. And she MEANS it.

Nixie is not a social butterfly, unlike some people. She perfers to just do her usuals. School work,watching the hunger games(when on),the ocean, and just relaxing. She`s nice to everyone who`s nice to her. And, accepts her Stubbornness. But, she still LOVEES to have fun, but nothing to get her in trouble.
Nixie doesn`t stand up for herself much. Let`s say that someone said that Nixie didn`t.....do her chores. She wouldn`t stand up and say she did it, which brings us to the hunger games. Let`s say someone stole someone else`s district token. If they blamed it on her, she would give in, which results in everyone targeting her. When she tries to call for help, her small voice results in only people close to her can hear.

Nixie was born to a small family, on July 9, in District 4 of Panem. A mother, a father, and then comes little Nixie. A glorious sunny day, to be exact. And a perfect day to lounge at the beach. And,that`s exactly what they did.

Unfortunately at the beach, little Nixie was swept into the water which arouse great drama between her parents. But to their surprise, she could float. And the floating led to her great love of water which still exists today.

When she went to school, Nixie was always the one to be singled out. What if there`s enough people to be in a group and someone needs to be left out? That was Nixie. What if all the seats were filled and someone had to sit on the floor? That was Nixie. But, it`s all changed. ALL of it.
