Misha Norvak: District Eleven

Misha's look all depends on whether or not he's sober. If he's drunk or tipsy, he's unshaven, messy, and doesn't put much thought into his clothes, opting for jeans, tennis shoes and army surplus coats.

When he's sober, he shaves, combs his hair, and wears clothes that are a little more neat, but still loose. Unbuttoned dress shirts with a loosened tie, for example. But he still really likes his army surplus coats.

He's tall and handsome, with short brown hair and bright blue eyes.

He's almost got a Jekyll/Hyde personality, due to his numerous depression-fueled addictions. Raised as a soldier by a rebel father, he has fighting instincts drilled into his muscle memory. However, the death of that father made him depressed and bitter, leading him to become an alcoholic and addicted to several prescription medications.

He's got two personalities, based on whether he's high or not. When he's high or simply tipsy, he's prone to giggling, grinning, and being sarcastic. He's still a good fighter during these periods, though he's not a very good strategist for obvious reasons.

When he's sober, he's calm, serious, and rather impatient. During these periods, he's very driven and gets irritated when people don't hurry. During these times he doesn't have much in the way of a sense of humor.

No matter what, however, he's an accomplished solider, capable of focusing and getting the job done regardless of whether he's drunk, high or sober.

He was raised by his father as a soldier in a rebellion against the Peacekeepers of District Eleven. His sister was born when he was eleven, and he took care of her when their mother took care of her bar and their father was out doing things for the rebellion. When he turned twenty, he joined the rebellion, and actually became a relatively high-ranking solider in the organization. When he was thirty-one, his father was killed by Peacekeepers on a mission he should have gone on, but was persuaded to stay behind by Jo because he was ill.

After his father died, he spiraled into destructive habits, drinking and taking pain medication for phantom pains. After five years, Jo got sick of it and dragged him out of District Eleven with their mother's blessing to District One, where he found it much easier to get his drugs. Jo enlisted them into the Militia of the Assassin's Guild. He lives with his sister in an apartment paid for by the Assassin's Guild.
