Olivia is tall and athletically built, with blonde hair and green eyes. Her desk job doesn't usually require her to wear her Peacekeeper uniform unless on special occasions, so she usually wears a kind of office formal outfit. White shirt, black jacket, black pants. The only thing not entirely formal is her shoes. They're running shoes, and a good brand. Just in case, you understand.

She's quite pretty, though her unconscious lack of makeup and use of simple hairstyles makes her seem far plainer than she really is. She doesn't smile often, but when she does, she's very pretty, beautiful in fact.

Despite her desk job, she still carries a gun and sword with her. You can never be too careful.

Personality:

Olivia is, in a word, driven. She seeks to bring justice, which may or may not fall in line with the Capitol's sense of justice. She's a good person at heart, and like her friend and fellow Peacekeeper Amy, she will look the other way on the more ridiculous laws. However, she will pull them to the side and tell them that the woods are dangerous, and occasionally follows the hunters into the woods, to be sure that they aren't doing anything super illegal.

She doesn't go out much, preferring to stay in and drink. She drinks a lot. She's teetering on the verge of becoming an alcoholic.

She likes kids, and will go out of her way to help small children and animals.

When the situation gets serious, so does she. She can be very deadly in a fight, either with her gun or her sword. Her previous attachment was in District One, the gang torn Luxury District, so she has razor sharp reflexes and a self-taught proficiency in hand-to-hand and knife fighting.

History:

A Peacekeeper from District 12, she usually works as a Liaison between Peacekeeper Offices, sending or reporting information about her district to HQ and other districts. It's an all-around desk job, given to her because of her extensive field work in District One in the years previous. She doesn't really like her new job, preferring to be in a place where she does more good following the Capitol's laws, instead of allowing the people to break them.
