Shay(District Twelve)

Shay has long black hair and stunning purple eyes. Her complextion is pale. A long angery scar streches from her left wrist, up her arm, across her shoulder blades, and stops few cemtimeters past her shoulder.

Shay is an outgoing, hyper, talktive to an almost annoying point girl with an overly bubbly personailty. She trusts to easily and will believe almost anything. She is trustful and truthful and can keep any sercet.

Considered to most children in dictrict tweleve, her life was heaven. She had both parents, she had no need to enter her name in the reaping more then once, and she only had to hunt once a week for food.
But, unknown to people, her parents ingored her, acted like she wasn't even there. The only time they noticed her was when she came home with food. They'll take the food and go back to ingoring her. They leave barely enough food for her to have something that'll hold her off for a few hours.
The only one in her house hold is the cat she saved, and the golden child, her twin brother.
Her brother treats her like dirt. Only having to matresses in the house, her forces Shay to sleep on the floor even though there was more then enough room for the both of them.
The cat, Lilyflower, was the only one that respected her. It would curl up next to her at night instead of going to her brother. It knew when she was down and how to cheer her up, clawing her brother up.
