Itchy! {Surge and Relic fight}

Things had not improved. Clearly this purple tattooed pussy wasn't going to fight fair, which just limited the amount of options - and fun - he could have. That aside, how had he ended up purple? Rolled around the heather? That was so beyond weird, like freaky weird. Red wanted nothing to do with him and his colossal axe, which kept nicking him in the hips. Like the fag was aiming for something more important.

As soon as the thought sunk in, Red turned, ready for the next attack. "Don't ignore me. You going to sack up and really fight me, or hide behind that piece of shit blade?" It was going to be the latter, Red already knew it. This was the fucking worst arena ever, and now he had the shittiest opponent imaginable. Typical.

That was a little more like it, although Red didn't quite understand how he'd managed to push the other boy over. He did a quick check of his forearms to make sure none of the purple or the freak had rubbed off. With his arms up around his eyes he didn't have any time to shield or try to deflect the next attack, and the axe bit into his thigh, opened a wound that filled. The blood poured freely, with utter abandon, along the lower half of his body. It was his color, and yet he didn't recognize it at all.

There was just so much of it, and it actually hurt, not like the other little nicks. This was bad, and he was too good to die. Twisting around his left leg, Red put weight on it at last moment as he lunged for his opponent.

Turns out two could play at that game. Red smiled, the sort that showed too many teeth, as he felt the satisfying give, the snap of bones breaking.

Ah, a response. So the purple junk boy hadn't been rendered mute. At least, not yet. As soon as the thought occurred to Red, he earmarked it for later. Wouldn't that be a fitting punishment for being such a freak? It gleamed in the back of his eyes, glinted when the muted light caught his irises. He may not have a big fucking blade, but he wasn't worthless - never worthless. People were going to remember Relic Red Livewood.

Another nick to his legs, although this time it felt more like a kiss. More blood, but not enough to stop him. He favored left leg heavily, but luckily the pussy had to stay close to use his own weapon. Red lunged at him.

This was bad, definitely bad. The attacks have moved steadily up his body, and when the blade sliced through the skin near his lungs, his ribs, his heart, Red knew it wouldn't be long. So much blood trickling away so quickly, and he couldn't hang onto the moment. Relic wasn't stronger, could never be as strong as Red, but he was more rooted in the body. He stumbled back, reaching over to clutch his bicep.

Relic's hand came away crimson, and it seemed to him it had to be someone else's blood. He looked up to see a naked, violet fellow swinging an axe with apparent glee. What had he gotten himself into? He drew the blood across his chest, flexed his knuckles in an unconscious search for his weapon. He meant to ask for an explanation, but his throat was dry, and he was so cold. Relic tripped forward towards the other tribute.
