Nate Wolfe from District 3

Nate is 4 foot 10. He is kind of skinny, but not extremely, because he’s not in one of the richer parts of the district, so he’s not been fed to his liking. His skin is a little bit pale, but again, not very much. This comes from almost always being inside and on a computer or working with wires. His hands are slightly small (Good for wires). He has freckles across his face, because when he was a baby he was outside more often than now.

His hair is dark brown, though many people mistake it for black. His eyes are a medium brown, like his Mom’s. With enough light, though, they look like they have a little bit of gold in them. His nose is long and slightly pointed, which he got from his Dad. He has bangs down to the tops of his eyes.

Nate is smart, but can sometimes get obnoxious without knowing it. He could be called a "nerd" but sometimes doesn't act like one. He knows nothing about popularity, not a single thing. This is by choice though, not because he is incapable of being popular.
He is brave when an injustice occurs.

He hates it when someone is treated unfairly, because it’s not right when someone gets away with something and someone else is punished. He does everything in his power to stop it. It drives him crazy when he sees an injustice occur. He will go to extreme measures to stop it. This is mostly because he is treated unfairly at home and knows how it feels.

He prefers to be unpopular, and he doesn't enjoy being the center of attention. He is sort of an outcast. This is by choice though. He doesn't like being the center of attention because if he messes up, everyone will laugh at him. He hates humiliation, so he avoids popularity.

At the age of three, Nate was learning about wires and gadgets. He learned how electricity works, with coal and turbines and all. Later, at nine, he built a computer out of scrap metal. At ten, he learned how to use electricity as a weapon when he accidentally tazed himself. He made sure not to be anywhere near a tazer for a full 2 months after that.

Nate has built many devices over time, as a hobby. Once, he made the blueprints for a working holographic map of Panem. Another time, he created a machine that used static to style hair without even touching it, and he sold it later for $25. The device eventually made its way to district one through people selling it.

At the age of ten, Nate noticed how cruel and unfair the Capitol was and strove to help bring it down one day. He noticed this after one of his friends said that the Capitol was unfair and will come down someday. The Capitol thought she was a rebel, and killed her. Taking down the Capitol would be a struggle for him, seeing as he’s a good distance away from underground district 13. Regardless, he does all he can to help. He sends food from person to person, hoping it will get to the rebels. However, he has no assurance that it will.

Nate has a little self-made tazer that he usually has with him, but he hides in in his pockets. Along with some wires, paperclips, thread, and scrap metal.
