Jasper Adiboon-- District 11

Jasper is a bit small for his age due to the lack of food his family earns. He has short brown hair and brown eyes. He is not the strongest person and often struggle when he helps his family work. He always seems to have a serious look on his face and he barely smiles. He mostly wears white or black and is always seen wearing a grey fedora that he found in the fields one day. Most of his clothes are either dirty or slightly ripped, but nobody ever notices.

Jasper barely talks, and he only does when there is a good reason to. He is not very friendly or social. if you try to talk to him he will just glare at you hatefully. If he is having a good day then you might get a few words out of him, but a good day for jasper is rare. a hobby of his is writing stories. horror stories. he would always tell the kids at his school the stories he made up to see if they got scared. This was why he had no friends,except for the peacekeepers. The peacekeepers treat jasper better than anyone else, mainly because they are the only people jasper talks to. if you can get jasper to talk, he is really funny and entertaining

Jasper lives with his mom. he had a sister but she died at a young age. jaspers family is poor, so he does not get much to eat. when he was eight he befriended a 12 year old. they quickly started to do everything together. however, that same year, his friend got sent to the hunger games and died. many people think thats how come jasper never talks to anyone. when he was ten, the peacekeepers found his father stealing food from the mayor to give to his family. jaspers father was excecuted right in front of him. people say thats where he got all his hatred from. there is a rumor going around that jasper is only befriending the peacekeepers so that he could one day kill them
