Wow, this is new. Living in District 12 is like living under a black blanket. It's so dusty here.
My name is Julia Faygreene. I was born in District Twelve, to my mom, Nadia Faygreene, and my dad, Garrett Faygreene. I was the youngest of four older brothers: Peter, the eldest; Jared, the next eldest; then Andrew, and finally Mitchell. My mother only wanted boys to run our family business (the hiking and mining goods store) because "girls were unsuitable for the stress of the business world", so when I was four, I was sent away to our friends the Dellings in District Seven. Before I had left, my father had taught me how to use a pickax from the mine and how to find good, unrotted wood, so while I lived in Seven, I climbed many trees and hunted along Margarete (my friend) and her brothers in the woods. Later, Mitchell came to join me as mother deemed him "unskilled" at the family business, and we developed a close bond. Now, because of the uprisings, I am back in 12 to handle the store, as mother and dad were killed in the fire bombing.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Full Name: Julia Loraine Faygreene
Age: 15
Home(s): District 12, District 7
Hair: Golden Red-Brown
Eyes: Green
Lips: Soft pink, usually chapped
Skin: Olive
Height: 5'11"
PERSONALITY DESCRIPTION:
I'm a sarcastic person by nature. I am an extreme pessimist, and people tell me I have Naysayers (look it up if you don't know). Most of the time I go barefoot, unless I'm wearing my green, lace-up leather hunting boots. They're the most comfortable thing I have to wear on my feet. I don't why, but I hate wearing shoes. They're so restrictive.
I'm an intelligent person that excels at logic & word problems, and enjoys answering trick questions. Talking to and associating with people can be enjoyable on some days, excruciating on others. People try to tell me I have anger issues. I say I am just a boisterous person who is still fuming inside at her mother, who sent her own child away. I can be really, really funny sometimes, and I'm kind of fun to be around.
But most of all, I'm glad to be home.
