[/size]Severus Cornwood stretched as he left the front doors of the run down building that they called a school. The day was long and boring compared to others, but the threat of winter kept everyone on edge. Even Severus was forced to borrow one of his Grandfather’s old jackets. He wasn’t very good when it came to the cold, summer was definitely his season.
But alas, as time went on the seasons change, leaving the usually scorching District eleven frigid. Only the tans on their bodies remained as a reminder for those like Severus whom hated the deadly chill of winter. Even though it wasn’t as cold as other places, he had heard, it was still cold enough to cause the teen to want to race home to bask in the warm sunlight from the safety of their small shack of a home. But Severus knew he couldn’t do that, running was beneath his character, so he kept a steady pace onward among his classmates.
None of the people around him seemed to be paying him any mind, save the girls chattering in hushed tones to his left. It caused him to wonder what they would do if he were to simply up and vanish. Would they even notice? Well, anyone other than those girls, one of which gestured towards him behind a shy smile, a smile that they would never show to his face. Severus looked at the sky to ignore them, a sigh leaving him. What would they do if he were to do something they didn’t expect? Something they never saw coming?
And so he did, just to see if anybody would react. It was not something that he would normally do. He took a sharp right turn, changing his direction completely. A girl gasped. Severus smirked.
