Carver Predd

It was just before noon in District Two, when a teen named Carver Predd found himself strolling down a street, taking great care to imitate the gait of a peacekeeper. As ever, his day had so far contained a filling breakfast, (which consisted of four hard-boiled eggs, two slices of buttered toast, and five strips of fried bacon; all of which he marked down in the nutritional section of his health notebook of course) Jogging at a brisk pace(For a total of 2.5 miles, also noted.), as well as a fierce workout session in the nearest gym. Carver was not obsessed with physical fitness, like many of the other people he knew, but, it payed to keep in shape. It kept adults from bothering him too. To them, he was just another one of the districts many careers.
As long as he didn't deviate from the norm of course.
But, lunch was soon approaching, and Carver had more pressing matters to deal with than "training." Now that he had a little down time before lunch,(which was in 36 minutes, according to his time-keeping notebook)he had a chance to write some things in his special, little, black book. Carver leaned up against a fence and took the small one out his his jacket pocket. (The rest of his books were inside the backpack he wore on his, well... back.) It opened to the page he had reserved for those chosen to be tributes, and he glanced at the two most recent entries.Name:Alliance Dowry.
Notes:59th HG Tribute. Shy, Smart? Last death at the Bloodbath.
Crimes: Assault.
Name:Midas Farrow
Notes:59th HG Tribute. Quiet, Strong, 7th to last to die.
Crimes: One count of Murder, several counts of assault.
Neither of them had made it home, much as the district two tributes in the five years previous had.
Such was life. Or the lack thereof.
Flipping through the pages used for single entries (those he encountered in his travels)he grimaced. Many of those he had met today had many minor infractions on their rap sheet. it was almost a crime that they hadn't yet been arrested. He would have to keep it that in mind.
Just then, the sound of footsteps reached his ears. Someone was coming around the corner. But who?
