So, I was thinking about money. And a lottery would be fun.
Anyways, the point of the lottery is that everyone puts in $5 and one person, selected by a random number generator, gets 80% of all of the money put in. ((The remaining 20% goes to our wonderful gamemakers, of course!)) The lottery could have a winner per week, and then reset itself (so people would have to enter again.) ((Or you could do it like a real life lottery-everyone picks 4 numbers, RNG picks 4, if nobody picks the right ones the money goes on for another week.))

Just to clarify, you wouldn't be able to enter more than once per drawing, either.

- A resident of the Capitol/A Games winner
- 18 or older
- An active character (we can't have characters that are just to enter the lottery.)
- Not be an Avox
