This might be a stupid question, but it's been bothering me for awhile and I really have to ask it.

What's up with those star things? The ones that say "seam resident" and "hunter" and "merchant". What's the system behind them and how do you move up? ._.

I don't know the exact system but give it some posts and you'll move up soon.

from 0 to 50 you are a Seam Resident, at 50 posts you become a Hunter, then at 100 post you become a Merchant, then 300 a tribute, 500 a career tribute, 700 a district Mayor, 1 000 A Capitol Resident and finally 2 000 (I think) for a mentor!
