I have an idea for a twist in a games, most likely when we get a quarter quell. To show rebels of any age that they are unwise in their actions the reaping will include people of all ages above 12. It will give the adult characters some action

But, some people create adult characters so they can avoid getting their character reaped. I still like it though!

Regardless, the Games would deplete our population of adult characters, which is so small already, so I'd rather not do that. We've got more than enough teenagers, so it's nice to get rid of a handful every few months.

Exactly. Like, it's a good plot for say, a fanfiction, where you can make a limitless supply of adult characters, but that unfortunately wouldn't work here.

Very, very slim chance, and if the majority are teenagers anyway then that isn't much of a twist. So what if there's an adult or two in the arena, but the rest are all teens? I don't think that's exciting enough to be considered a quell twist. So sorry, but it isn't very plausible here^^

This just goes to show on how many people die each time there ever is a Hunger Games. All those characters and their personalities are now dumped into a wasteland because of it... >.<
