In the reaping, if your character is reaped, you have the ability to say if you want your character to go to the games or not. If you make your character say they accept being reaped, they go to the games. If you make your character step down, then anybody can volunteer (if their character was in the reaping activity check). If you don't do a post stating either acceptance or declining within the timeframe given, then your position is open to volunteers. Hope this helped<3
