Mortiferum Solani [District 9]

Mortiferum is very tall; contributing to the lankiness of her body. Her skin is heavily tanned due to the long journeys she takes to help her district, exposing herself to the sun.

Her light brown hair is cut as short as possible at the back and sides of her head, leaving her with just a fringe to keep the sun out of her ocean blue eyes.

Mortiferum is usally very shy; but when she isn't she often says something unintentionally offensive.

If someone isn't being treated right she isn't afraid to overcome her shyness and halt the attacker. Evading the Capitol is something she's very good at.

She has a kind heart and will help anyone in need, but her family always comes first. Since hunting has been restricted, she's had to steal to get food for her family - endangering her district instead of helping it.

Mortiferum was born in the Capitol fourteen years ago. Her father was a gamemaker and her mother was a tribute from District 13.

When the President found out about the relationship and the newly born baby (still-to-be-named Mortiferum), her mother had to flee the capitol. Her mother blindly ran for days and by mere luck, ended up being welcomed in to District 9.

It is said that Mortiferum's father chased his wife out of the Capitol and was mauled to death by a muttation before he could catch up with the wife and daughter, but the answer to that is still unkown.

Mortiferum grew up in District 9, and even though she was born there, despises the Capitol more than anyone else.
