Name: Florence "Flo" Lily Jesper

Flo Jesper. A plain name put to a beautiful face. Flo Jesper is beautiful. Her brown baby curls are the star of the show. They are long and curled, beautifully to curve her tanned face. The curls, always constantly in her eyes, are always pushed out behind her ears. Flo's hair is rarely seen pulled back but when it is, it isn't for show purposes. I don't really have any spare time, so making her hair look nice is always top on this list of things to do.
Flo's eyes steal second place in the show. Her almond shaped coffee colour brown eyes, always looking curious and mysterious into the distance or at you intently. Her long dark lashes curve the shape, making her eyes lighter than the actually are.
Flo Lily is mostly always wearing long sleeves, jackets or anything that covers her arm. No one ever seems to notice which Flo is glad for. When Flo was 5, her and her twin, Anthea "Annie", where left in the kitchen with their older brother Klaus (7 at the time). By themselves... Klaus pulled out a very sharp knife and while Flo wasn't looking, cut her in the lower arm, by accident. As Klaus was only 5, no adult could put themselves to tell the youngster of which put Flo in rage. At the occasional time, long sleeves are not an option though...
A worried look is always plastered on Flo's face whenever her, cheeky, flirty grin isn't on show. It isn't an ugly look but is quite boring and plain.
Flo Lily doesn't dress that well. Usually its a struggle to get her dressed at all in the mornings. When she does get dressed, its not a thing to be jealous of. Plain clothes that help Flo fit in is more her style.
Flo was always short. Always. Even being the older twin. At 17 she stands at 5'4. Although being short, Flo Jesper is a lanky, skinny thing. She is of average size and build for her age.

Flo is quite bubbly. She quite a decent person which really help make friends of any sort and kind. Being a social person, Flo can give anyone a chance which others tend to like. But not most. As being optimistic about everything and everyone, has its down sides.
From a large family, Flo and Annie being the only girls siblings left standing, has its advantages. Both of the girls, have never been fazed by a boy and others find it easy to find boy-like qualities in them. Both are horrible with all the girly stuff, and they find it very easy to communicate with boys. Flo does have her girl friends, but she likes hanging out with the boys, finding it come naturally.
As much as hanging out with boys and doing all their boy stuff, Flo Jesper found herself a talent, a skill. While dancing around in her garden she flipped. She found that she could do acrobatics. As it isn't a sport, and Flo doesn't like to show off, she doesn't really tell any one about this skill. She enjoys dancing and acrobatics, and it helps her get away from the bad stuff in her life like hunger and death of family members.
Flo does not find it hard to lie. She is not a very honest person. As much as she and her family would like, she just finds it hard to stop. She also has a tendency to make thing bigger or more important than the actually are so more and more people can suck up to her. She likes that feeling of control and power.
Flo has a nice caring nature about her. When she was younger, the family found it harder to get by as none of the boys where old enough to work. As the years went by, finely, Jonathan (now deceased) was old enough to work. Then Liam and then Klaus. The family got by easier but Flo has never forgotten what it was like to starve. She is a very charitable person now and cannot stand the sight of someone being hurt.
Flo Lily also is very fun to be around. With a good sense of humour, Flo loves to be around people and is very thoughtful and considerate of other's feelings. She would hate to make someone uncomfortable, jealous or even hurt.
Coming form a big family has its advantages and disadvantages. Advantages: You never get lonely, you have people that help you with your homework, you have someone to turn to when your, hurt mentally and physically.
Disadvantages: You can easily starve with not enough money to pay for everyone. That is the main reason. For several years the Jesper family struggled. Only until Jonathan started working did they have enough money for all of them. Then the Games came around and Jonathan David Jesper II died, 2nd day.
It was a horrible time for the family and for a couple of months they were back to starving. Then Liam was old enough to work and they got by smoothly again. Then Klaus started working too.
When Flo and Annie where 9 years old, there their only older sister, Liana-Mae died of a horrible disease carried down from the Murphy family.
Flo and Annie Jesper, otherwise know as Flannie, are always starting trouble. They are the closest sisters for 17 year olds because of their same love of music, acrobatics and fashion. Although very different in personality, Flannie, has gone through a lot. As mere infants they went through a starving time, but Flannie have pulled it off.
As quite a sporty girl, Flo has had several injuries. Broken or fractured bones the most.
The Jesper's dog. Ahh, Mars. This dog has been through horrible times as the Jesper's struggled to keep themselves alive. Mar's was adopted by the Jesper sisters, Flo, Annie and Liana, when they found him on the side of the road as a pup. Flo named him insisting that it was his name in a previous home. As Flo cannot stand others being hurt, this dog has been kept in very good care, even if he has had some starving and very skinny times.
The Jesper's are actually quite wealthy now, having four the whole family working everyone once and a while. Flo and Annie don't have to, but they work shifts at their fathers work, just to keep them in the safe side of the pool. Flo hates this work, so she slacks of mostly, doing smaller jobs around District 5.
The Jesper parents are generally very optimistic, which when you are finding it hard to live is a very good thing. They are loving, and part of Flo's personality is shaped by them.

Flo loves to read. She will read all the time, and at a young age, she would read to Annie. Annie is dyslexic, so she cant really read. So Flo would help her, feeling really horrible for her sister. She would do anything to help her, that is why Flannie are so close.
