Titus Theo Fissure, D4

Technically speaking, "T" is a Career. No, don't stereotype him. He is not built muscularly, he is not overly prideful, and he is certainly not passionate about competition or winning. He is meticulous, cunning, tall, lanky, and unique.
He stands a bit taller than most at 6'3" and has explicitly long bare arms. His dirty blonde hair parts right and is of medium length but is usually messy. "T" has a long scar on his chest that he almost never reveals, caused by an accident in his distant past. He usually appears laid back and is hunched over. His skin is of a white complexion and he does not tan as easily as others. These features aside, his most notable feature are his striking green eyes that compliment his hair color and face, giving him a more welcoming look than otherwise.
His clothes are usually limited in variability--he wears a t-shirt and shorts almost all year and sandals. He doesn't really stand out in a crowd, other than his height and his eyes, as he is tall and lanky. He is certainly not built like his father-- a shorter, more muscular man. All in all, he is nondescript and likes to keep it that way.

"T" is extremely analytical. He excels in school, doing especially well in mathematics and science. This surprises most people because he simply does not talk about it. Furthermore, he's quiet. You probably wouldn't even know he was there if he was in the same vicinity as you. He draws no attention to himself and is reserved. He simply does not care about the presence of others, and he doesn't even try to pretend that he does.
As a boy of sixteen, he is an excellent fisher and gamesman and provides his own food based on what he catches. He is great with precision weapons, albeit throwing knives, bows, or hatchets. Unfortunately for him, what he has in precision he lacks for in brute strength. He would not do well with a knife or hand-to-hand combat, although he is average with a sword only due to his extended reach. Also, he isn't exactly friendly, so he lacks the sparkling personality that many others seem to have.
He is very slow to make friends--he doesn't trust just anyone. All he likes to do is study and fish and kill. He is an introverted skeptic who silently absorbs life and does not talk much. If anything, he antagonizes others and alienates himself. The few who get to know him really well benefit from him as a friend. He comes from a well-to-do family and his attitude towards life somewhat reflects it.

He was born 5944 days ago in District 4 to his father Sebastian and mother Ana. Subsequently, Career training started 5579 days ago. He didn't exactly meet expectations.
His father could have easily been a Career in the Hunger Games of past years, however, he simply was never chosen. His father is prideful of his physique and makes a living by being a big-game fisherman, a more luxurious lifestyle in District 4. His father taught Titus how to scale a fish, how to use a dagger to kill prey, and many other useful skills that could be applied in multiple ways. Titus did do better than average in this training, although he didn't care for it. All he seemed to care for was fishing and studying. This deeply angered his father, who wanted him to live the life he couldn't have. Every day the two men still practice in the event that Titus becomes a tribute, focusing extensively on his physical attributes and precision in order for "T" to become a more efficient killer.
His mother is unemployed and stays home and doesn't do a whole lot. Rather, she likes to knit and quilt and doesn't interact much with her son. The two are very reserved--he probably gets it after her. Her past never interested him, so thus it presents no part in his history.
The elongated scar on Titus' chest was caused by a training session in which his father clipped him with a sword. Titus hides it in shame and the scar causes him to remember an important lesson--He is very mortal and could die at any given moment. Now at age sixteen, he could easily be a seasoned killer, although it is unknown if his personality carries this attribute. Titus will undoubtedly attempt to carry out his family legacy and try to live up to his father's dream whether he wants to or not, but all that can be said is that his life is different and he is an underestimated boy in District Four.
