Cloudess - District 4

Cloudess is a girl that weighs 110 pounds at age 15. her height is 5'5 and she has lightish brown hair that comes down past her shoulders when pulled down. She mostly keeps her hair pulled up in a sloppy bun and a hair clip underneath. Her hair is curly, not corkscrew curly, just normally curly. She has side bangs and light sky blue eyes. Her mouth is almost constantly is a smile. She's got very pale skin with small muscles, but they show. She's fit from working out in her District. She loves to wear this light blue dress with a darker blue bow in the back to represent the water.

She never thinks of herself as pretty even though she is. She is stronger then one might expect, and most girls are jealous of her because of her wicked throwing skills with the spear. She doesn't believe in people being prettier then others. She thinks that everybody is equal in their own way.

Cloudess has a problem with her hands. They constantly have scratches and cuts on them. She had once been bitten by a shark when she fell into the water, and so there is a large scar on one of her legs. She hates looking at her reflection, and tries constantly to keep low during school due to her scars and cuts.

Cloudess has quite the heart. Even though she's from District four; she still embraces the hearts of everybody around her. If she sees somebody who is hungry, or an animal or human in need, she will run over and help them out, which gets her parents furious. She loves her 5 year old brother to the point she might explode.

Cloudess has a temper, despite the fact that her heart is so warm and fluffy. If somebody attacks or bad-mouths her or any of her friends/family, she goes into the rage where she just wants to go over and wring that person's neck until they die. So be careful on her bad side. That is something you really don't want to see of her.

Cloudess is trusting of those only in her District, and those who help her. If she is in dire need, she would rather the Careers take her then get ripped apart by a bunch of mutts. She does not handle pain very well. If she gets injured, she wants to scream out in pain and will do so unless she jams a sweater or something in her mouth.

She is awesome at throwing a spear, and almost rarely misses her catches. She knows how to read somebodies eyes and catch the littlest of details. She can sense if the floor has shifted or if something is wrong, and she always goes with her first instinct.

Cloudess can sometimes be annoying to those of higher grade then her. She loves to joke around, and is good in the fun and funny department. But she sometimes she says the wrong things to the wrong people and messes things up. She likes to be alone rather then with other people, though if she is alone for to long she gets depressed and sad.

Up until Cloudess was about 11 years old, her hair was always cut short, past her shoulders. Up until 13, she kept it long; to her waist. At age 14 she cut it to mid-length. When she was 12, her parents had another baby- A baby boy. Her brother's name is August. When August turned 4, he was diagnosed with a disease that was cureable- they Just didn't have enough money. So Cloudess wants badly to go into the Games to win and get her brother medicine. If she dies, then Oh-Well.

Cloudess had a boyfriend named Clayton when she was 14. But after a couple months, it didn't work out for them. This year she hopes to get a new one. But, you know, It's quite hard. She attends school without skipping or anything- She always pays attention to what is going on in her school.

Cloudess' parents are nice to her, though sometimes if she brings home a bad fish her father will smack her on the upside of the head. Her mother is quiet, and doesn't talk much. She is extremely close to her brother, August. She has a pet dog named Pichu, which is a Shetland Sheepdog. She wandered upon the dog by complete accident. She has no idea how the pup got there, but she took it in under her coat and kept it with her. She loves Pichu almost more then her brother.

When Cloudess was 3 months old, her father started to drink to the point where it wasn't safe for her anymore. At age 3, her mother took her away from her father, and her father is not aloud to see her anymore. Her mother met her step-father when she was 5 years old, and they had her brother together. Cloudess never felt really close to her step father, and she hasn't seen her father in years, and so she feels she has no father at all. when she was 8 years old, she fell into the water and noticed a shark fin coming at her. The shark had grabbed onto her leg and pulled her under before a mysterious man jumped in and saved her life. She never got to see that man but she has wondered who he was ever since then. After that, she found as though everything in her life was boring. School, boys, the normal. Until her brother got sick. Then her main goal was and still is to find the proper medicine to cure her brother. They have been keeping him alive with the medicine they have, but its not enough to cure him.
