Lillia Spektor has white blond hair that falls down her shoulders and almost reaching her elbows. She likes to wear it down in muted corkscrews, she rarely wears it up and when she does it's for a special occasion. She is considered beautiful by many due to her excellent facial features. Clear gray-blue, almond shaped eyes are her best asset. They are always strong and sure, never showing you if she has any doubt. She has a perfect nose, it is smooth and straight.
She is 5'3'' and naturally skinny.Her skin is a creamy white and unblemished. Even though her skin is very light she still looks healthy.Though she does have a large burn mark on her right forearm from a cooking accident. Even though it's been two years since she recieved it the skin is still an angry reddish pink and slightly bumpy. Her left upper front tooth was replaced with a fake when she was ten due to a fall from a tree. Her hands are smooth and uncalloused, they have never been used for hard work.

Personality:

Lillia has always craved her father's attention, he's always busy and never seems to have any time for her. So she tends to do stupid, wreckless, or thoughtul things in the hopes that he will see her as more than just a pretty doll he can show off.
When she was younger she used to do everything he wanted her to do and tried to gain his attention by trying to impress him. But then after she tried to do something nice for him and got hurt in the end not just emotionally but physically she decided that she would defy him every chance she got. She's realized that he pays more attention when she does.
He wants her to be perfect in that he wants her to be beautiful, smart, and have the best of everything. He doesn't let her work because he doesn't want something to happen to her so she spends her time cooped up in their large home, alone.
She hates her father and loves to make him mad. She dresses in clothes he doesn't like, goes out without his permission, and always argues with him when he's home.
Lillia used to do very well in school but she started failing on purpose to make her father upset. She doesn't really have friends, just people she hangs out with to have a good time. But otherwise she is usually alone and doesn't have anyone to confide in.

History:

Her mother died after giving birth to her, and perhaps this is one of the reasons her father is rarely home. Because Lillia is almost the spitting image of her mother. Her father's family comes from a rich background and runs one of the factories there in District one.
Lillia's childhood is a mix of nannies, waiting, and disappointment. One time she tried to get her father's attention by climbing a tree in the backyard, he was constantly working and when he was home he was always in his office. She wanted to impress him and had a secret hope that he would want to play with her if he saw what she was capable of, but at the top of the tree she lost her balance and fell, her upper left tooth getting badly chipped in the process. She was ten, when her father found out he was furious that she had ruined one of her teeth, so he had the dentist replace it with a fake tooth. Even though she didn't impress her father she still got his attention and continued doing wreckless things in the hopes that he would pay attention again.
This is how she ended up with the burn on her arm. She was 14 and it was her father's birthday, she wanted to impress him and hear his praise so she tried to cook a special meal for him. Only she had never cooked before so she had no idea what she was doing and ended up spilling boiling water on her arm. Her father didn't even come home that day so he didn't hear that she had burned herself until the next day. He told her that she was stupid and that she didn't need to cook because they already had someone who did it for them.
Lillia realized then that she had been stupid for trying to gain her father's love and respect. The burn on her arm is a constant reminder that it doesn't do her any good to try and impress him because she only gets hurt in the end. So after that she stopped listening to him and began rebelling against him.
Her latest rebellion against him is to become a Career. He had always wanted her to be perfect and girly and her becoming a Career is the last thing he wanted. When she told him that she was going to be a Career he said that if she did become a Career she would no longer be his daughter. So she left.
