Ragnarok Strobe-District 1 FINISHED

Ragnar has an intimidating appearance towards most who see him has no threat. He stands at a frightening 7 feet tall, taller than your average boy, but he has seen bigger. His skin is a healthy tan built from nice sunny days and some other things he won't dwell into. He is kind of skinny but has bulky areas, but his arms and legs are slightly built, so he can lift many things that are harder for others. He weighs around a good 160 pounds but can make up for that with speed combined with his power. He has legs that are toughened from work and from training as a Career as he has been. He has pecs but doesn't care too much for them, as he could care less for his core area. Disregarding the fact that he seems to have an 8 pack. His legs are a bit messed up from the explosion that killed his Mentor. So he can only run so far before his leg might give out. But he is trying to get it fixed, which we all know won't happen.

He has black and silver hair to give himself a mysterious look to himself. Dyed of course so he doesn't worry about it turning grey or white when he's older. It's styled to be spiked up in the back and kind of swirled in the front and sides. He had an incident so the hair won't go down, cool right? He occasionally cuts it around once every two months. It is however, in great condition.

Ragnar originally had storm grey eyes that are rather big, but due to some money here and there. Plus some orders he made, he got black contacts. Just black surrounding the pupil. So he would fit in with all the other kids around him. He occasionally swaps them out with light brown. To give him a different appearance. But it's almost always Black.

His body all and all is more athletically built for tasks and through training. Which makes him formidable and he shouldn't be overlooked. He has a lean figure, and stands how you should. With good posture, of course. And has a slightly small habit of always being on the tips of his toes. From running most of the time to train his body. He has an odd fanatic for wolfs and cats and such, and has done work on his nails to make them sharper, like into claws. Which he does rather often. They are normal strength of human nails but just can take off skin. His arms have tribal arrow tattoos on them that are black and gold. He as well made black line tattoos on his face to make it look like he has whiskers. Props to hiring a tattoo artist with a lot of saved up money.

Ragnar is a very complicating person. From a nice optimist, to a quiet specialist. He has multiple attitudes towards the world. None of which are bad, but they cause him to make rough decisions and to change other things as well. To go with his attitudes, he has a rather tenacious attitude towards everything when determined.

He can approach things with a nice, smile, but his approach sometimes isn't needed. Leading a lot to him being rude. Some say he has multiple personalities but it's just the same guy, with different perks. You could say, but he altogether will try his best to be the optimist.

He thinks like a tactician when fighting or training. To prepare for the games and whatnot. But his mind is mostly reeling with ways he can beat people, ways he can lure them in, and what his strong points are. And because of it, he ends up overlooking little things, costing him the win, and maybe his life on certain occasions. But all he can think about half of the time is battles. That's all. If there isn't something to do that's occupying his time, then it would be fighting. That is, until he realized girls were super cute and nice.

His major flaw in things is he's a bit of a sexist. He will fight, but when it comes to a girl, he will most likely flee. He does however overcome these characteristics and will at times rise to the occasion. He falls in love fast but that won't stop him from being caught. Half of his relationships have been for a month. All of which the girl was someone whom he met one week, and was with the next. But other flaws of his include his reaction times being slower than they should when unsure. He also can have his web of plans wrecked in a matter of seconds if you hit him with the element of surprise.

In battle, or any other survival situation, his mind thinks in under 3 seconds and all of the options have a backbone to them. That's not saying all of them are foolproof. His options do however consist of plans, all of which need something from him as well as others. If he has at least 30 seconds, he can make sure loose ends are all tied up. But 30 seconds in a fight can be too late. That has proved right when he thought to late and cost his dad his arm. That moment has come to haunt him.

His rude self shows whenever he doesn't get his way, but being the spoiled child he is, that's little to never. But when it shows, he puts all things aside until either the idea of losing has passed. Or he gets his way, either way won't be pretty. So he might try to hide it, but he secretly could be plotting your demise.

Ragnar is an all around smart guy. Not super smart. But his mind has a hyperactive thought process. Not like that of ADD, but one that reacts and awakens to types of situations. He works well under pressure, getting the adrenaline going, but it will cause him to be full of himself and he walks with a bit more pride, but that pride will just as well get him in a tough situation. So you could say another flaw of our specimen here is his pride, the thought of being too great when you're not.

He is just as determined to prove himself or to perform a task more than the next guy. But if the task exceeds his capabilities, he might retreat from the fray. Although some things might just be a walk in the park for a guy of his mind set and build. He often thinks that his height,strength,speed, and mind make him invincible. But every superman has his Krypotonite right?

He often will be haunted by guilt, and by insults that linger from his childhood days. He has a soft spot for when people judge his body and his life. If you bring up the bad past, he will almost always freeze up, in a flashback induced coma you could say. That causes him to waver in his attacks and his strength depletes momentarily, causing him to go into a shut down phase where he can't do much.

When Ragnar was little, he had a gland problem, causing him to be bigger than the other kids. Doctors didn't know how to fix it, and it couldn't be fixed either. So he was practically stuck with it. He was already 2 feet and a half when he was age 2. At age 3 he had been a bit of a prodigy. He was already learning how to fight. His family had it set on being a Career Tribute. Which Ragnar felt at home with.

When he entered school, all the kids made fun of him. It's not all day when a 6 year old is 4 feet tall. He was a bit of a problem. So they bumped him up a few grades and classes. By the time he was 14, he was 6 and a half feet tall.

This height had an effect on the type of things he could do. He eventually started taking his Career training seriously. He had taken a liking to swords and bows. Seeing as he loved having a short range and long range. He was a King on the battlefield, and he fell to few people.

He would always be training in the facility, lifting weights, running with weights, sparring. But all that came to an end when his Mentor was killed in an explosion, almost killing him as well, but he somehow escaped. But since then, he has been training harder and harder. He took a liking to training his hands and body, so he took on 'boxing' and got bored with it and learned some other martial arts. Making him deadly with most weapons.

At age 15, he had made dumb physical changes that weren't permanent. He had ordered special black and brown contacts, so it was do-able. But the final thing was always soaking his nails to get longer, which he cut and filed into sharp clawlike nails. These modifications let him feel like he was more special than he was. He had also gotten several tattoos along his arms and black lines on his face to look like whiskers. The tattoos were inked by a hired tattoo artist.

By age 16, Ragnar had been 7 feet tall, a big feat for a 16 year old. He had found a place in school and a girl named Sophia, who died from a fire in the middle of the year. Ragnar was crushed and really blown back by how lonely and sad he was, so he found a new mentor, and began doing little exhibition matches here and there to keep his mind off of things. He is now almost 17, but won't be till January 24th.

He uses a hand and a half sword along with a shortsword. He practices often with duel wielding like this. He also is an ace Archer, hitting the smallest of targets. But when he can't use weapons, his hands are deadly as well, what with the nails and what not. He prefers to fight in light armor when he can.
