» DISTINCTIVE FEATURES ' She has Asian facial features, really distinctive cheekbones. A nose that's rather on the larger side, and her upper lip is thin but her lower lip is full. Her eyes are almost like slits. Brin's long, dark brown hair (that almost looks black) flows down to her back, which she dislikes, as it doesn't help her steal things. She is thinking of chopping it off so that it's short.

Brin's body is a thin, but flexible and strong. Her brown eyes are almost look non-existent because they are dark, like black coffee. Brin's eyebrows aren't bushy, but aren't thin either. She has a tattoo on her back, which her parents gave to her. It is shaped as a heart, and it's small. Although she has distinctive cheekbones, her cheeks are a little on the chubbier side.

» PERSONALITY ' Brin is a sly, sneaky girl. She's been stealing items since she started school, and could always pull off a poor, innocent girl act. When she's not pulling off her innocent act, she's sarcastic and rude, always stating her opinions and doesn't care what anybody else says about them.

Brin's overprotective of her appearance, and when she steals items she usually steals makeup and clothing from the rich side of District 3, and most of the time doesn't get caught. If she did, which was rare, she pulled her innocent act and people usually didn't tell the peacekeepers.

She's rebellious, and like's it that way. When she goes to steal items, she wears poor clothing to make her act more believable. She hates getting involved in fights, so most likely instead of fighting she'll escape from the fight, as she's a fast runner.

» OVERALL HISTORICAL BACKGROUND ' Brin was born into a poor family, which was unusual for District 3 as they had good income. Her mother was born blind and deaf, so she thought she couldn't get a job, and Brin's father was just lazy, so he didn't get a job. So they suffered from hunger for a few years when Brin was born, until Brin started stealing items from people. When she got older, and eventually started caring about her appearance, stealing clothing, makeup, and other beauty stuff from other people.

Brin occasionally steals electronics, and her parents encourage her stealing stuff for their families own good. Brin learned "the innocent", a look that looked, well, innocent. It prevented her from getting in real trouble from Peacekeepers or such.

Brin lives in a small, quaint house by a river and meadow, and likes it. It's pretty much the only place not polluted by chemicals and fuels and smoke, and she loves it. Sometimes she plays in the river, as the flow isn't rough. Sometimes when she was little, her father would take her down and play there.

Pheonix slowly got out of bed, making sure not to wake up his parents. He tip-toed out of his bed. Well, you can't really consider it a bed. He skipped breakfast, like usual. He made it all the way to his stable, where Nocturne was whinying, nudged against his shoulder to greet him.

"Hey bud." Pheonix started to stroke his muzzle. "Ready to go riding?" He entered the stall, and got on his halter, saddle, and all those other necessities. Pheonix mounted on to Nocturne, and signaled for him to go. Pheonix looked around at the scene of District 10. It was a beautiful town, really. Most of it included shack with pastures and barns. Really hot, sunny, and sticky day. Sweat was dripping down his forehead. He just wiped it off, and continued riding Nocturne. He signaled for Nocturne to stop, and hopped off him. it was the meadow, right in front of the District's fence. It was the most beautiful scenery of District 10. It was on a hill, so you could see all the farm land, and even a bit of the District's square.

His favorite place to hang out was on the roof of an abandoned shack near the meadow. There was a post near it, too, so he could tie up Nocturne. He led Nocture by his halter to the shack, and tied him to the long pole. Pheonix climbed the rotting siding of the shack, on to the sturdy roof. He lay back and just looked at they sky, and thought about things.
