Lisa Neza (D3)

Lisa is the average height and weight for a fifteen year old. She has tan skin and green hair. People don't notice her as attractive, but they don't notice her as ugly either. She used to wear glasses, but now she rarely wears them unless she has to read something. She loves to wear red and black, and therefore that is what she wears the most. Her hair is normally let loose and not in a ponytail. Her hair is very long, but not extremely long.

Lisa has a permanent skull tattoo on her left leg which she hates, but her stepfather made her get it. She almost always has bruises and cuts on her arms because of her abusive stepfather. Her hair is naturally ginger, but her stepfather hates the color ginger and forces her to dye her hair green. She likes to wear black sweaters with red jeans on cold days and red t-shirts with black pants on hot days. She is often seen wearing a necklace which has a locket on it which has a picture of her with her grandmother and father on it. When Lisa looks beaten with cuts on her it is very obvious as they are normally deep cuts and/or dark bruises. Her legs appear weak, but they are very strong and she is therefore very fast.

Lisa was a bright, friendly child until her father died. Once her father died she lost the will to be friendly, and although she was still bright she stopped showing it, and rarely answered questions in school. She is a pretty romantic girl, but most people don't know that. She is not the telling kind, and never tells on anyone for anything because she knows that if she did something bad she wouldn't want other people to get her in trouble for it. She rarely speaks, but she is not a shy girl. Lisa is not afraid to speak up for what she thinks, and doesn't care about what consequences she might face for speaking up against something because she is so used to getting punished by her stepfather.

People who barely know Lisa often think of her as rude and mean because she appears that way, always with a frown on her face. Lisa doesn't have a lot against the Capital besides the Hunger Games. She absolutely hates the Hunger Games. Lisa is experienced with technology, and is good with guns because she once stole one from a lab in District 3 and tried it out. She knows how to fight well because she often examines how her stepfather beats her, and then learns how to do what he does to her on her own.

Lisa was once very funny, but lost her sense of humor when her father died. She now spends most of her time walking around District 3 and trying to learn about the world around her. She is very experienced with inventing items, and is very techy, but she rarely spends her time inventing things.

Lisa was once a very happy girl. She had a mother, a father, and a baby sister. Her father was a intelligent, funny, charming
man who worked with helicopters. Her mother was a happy but dim-witted woman who was out of a job. And her baby sister (Jessy) was annoying and cute. When Lisa was twelve, her father had just finished a new type of helicopter. He was shipping it to the Capital when it exploded, killing him and Jessy, who was nearby the helicopter. Lisa was a very popular girl. But after her father and baby sister died she became very sad, and lost most of her friends. Her mother had very little money, and within six months of Lisa's fathers death she married another abusive man with a twelve year old child named Timmy. Lisa was often beaten and made fun of by her abusive stepfather (who is named Jackson).

Jackson was a factory worker with a very low salary. Within weeks Lisa went from her beautiful mansion to an ugly, run-down, shack. Lisa hated her mother for marrying this man, and still doesn't realize that her mother did this for Lisa's own good. Timmy often makes fun of Lisa, but he is only doing it under the pressure of his father.

When Lisa was very sad about her fathers death and rarely talked to anyone she had only one friend. And this one friend was taken away to be an avox for supposedly murdering someone, although Lisa knows this isn't true. Lisa's mother is always at the house doing chores.
