Olivia Bells D2

Olivia is 5 feet tall exactly. Not very tall or short, she weighs 100 pounds. She has tiny hands with perfect nails. Her nails are polished white to match the rest of her outfit. Also her nails are extremely sharp.

Her eyes are green and seem cruel. She has long red hair that reaches down a little past her neck and lays on her shoulders.

She usually wears a white jacket that covers her burn mark that stretches from two inches above her wrist to her shoulder. She has shoes that are also white; they both match her white dress

Olivia is usually cunning and cruel. No respect for adults or authority. She threatens people into giving her items if she forgot her money, which is rare, and if she doesn't convince them she gets into a hissy fit. Al l she really does is threaten them,(usually shop owners), that her parents would shut them down if they didn't give her whatever she wanted. Most of the time this convinces them.

The only time she puts on the "goody two shoes “act is in class, to get on the teachers good side, to her parents, and on occasion her friends. She's a great actor too.

Olivia is also a spoiled brat. She gets everything she wants and gives nothing in return. To her, the world revolves around her and no one else matters.

Olivia was born into a rich family. Once when she was very little, about 3 her uncle was babysitting her., her uncle is unfornately not in the family’s business and Olivia’s parents do not give him money. So in order to get revenge he made a fire and put Olivia’s arm over it. Her parents made her uncle get whipped for his crimes.

At age 6 she discovers her "talent" to make people give her stuff for free. So of course, every day after school she would come home with a armful of stuff from the other kids in school.

When she was nine she tried to ditch school and stay home but was not allowed. She was a stick in the mud at school and nearly started a fire to burn down the school. Her teacher saw her, unfornately for Olivia, and called her parents in. hey had a looooooong meeting about her. Ever since then she tried to keep on the teacher’s good side.

Then at age 10 her parents decided to make a career. At first Olivia was against it, but eventually the prospect of hurting other people worth being punished applied to her. She injured someone once and got away with it. She loves the hunger games and always hopes to get picked.
