Age: Twenty now
Gender: Male
District/Area: District 1
Appearance:
Lets go from the head to the toes. Starting at the bottom there is a pair of perfectly sized feet. Not too big, not too small. The skin of his feet is pretty beat up because Kade likes to walk barefoot occasionally, but most people do not notice that detail, and if they do, they surely do not point it out. His legs are long and lean. He isn't a avid fighter really, Ghost just never was strong enough for that, and eventually the trainers gave up on trying to make him into a perfect killing machine. His lack of definition and visible muscles prove that Mr. Warren just isn't physically strong. Moving on there is his chest. Hes got the usual hair and everything. Really, his body is just average. Kade is of average height and he isnt particularly skinny or fat. His arms are a little more toned than his legs, but Ghost doesnt flex or do anything ridiculous to draw attention to what some guys flaunt in front of girls.Personality:
Then there is his face. This may be the reason Kade Warren never felt the need to get in crazy mode on being in perfect shape. , or flaunt his body. With such a pretty face, the boy doesn't need to do anything but make eye-contact and all of his faults are forgiven. Beautiful, dark grey eyes, lips that many girls, and some guys, dream of kissing as well as an impish shape to his face. These are the blessings Mother Nature bestowed upon this humble boy. His hair is a wind-blown mess, and his expression belongs on the face of some male model. Kade has modeled on a few occasions.Everyone needs to make money, after all.
His skin is pale, but not pale enough to alarm people. With dark hair, brooding eyes and sickly white skin, people might think he was Goth! Kade is no such thing. He has a healthy glow to his skin and is not interested in gaining a few scars from cutting himself or something ridiculous like that.
Kade Ghost is a creator by nature and has been forced to destroy some people in his quest for happiness. Hes more haunted than haunting because of this, and most people who meet him sense this. How do you think he earned himself the nick-name, Ghost? he has a rebellious, wicked streak that keeps people interested in him. The good looks may be what draw people in, but the unique, strange personality is what really causes people to fall head over heels in love with him. Or end up hating him. Hey--not everybody falls for the sensitive type.History:
He is rather strange. Kade can be great fun sometimes, but he is moody. Sometimes the boy just is depressed and people truly understand why he is Ghost. Its just a feeling you might get after looking him over. The rigid way he moves, the glint in his eye. Only time will heal the wounds Ghost is still getting over. [Back to the strange part] He wakes up at odd hours, sometimes sleeping in till past noon, and other times waking up before the crack of dawn. Kade also has a slight s-s-s-stutter. It can be charming sometimes, seeing such a radiant boy stutter and shuffle his feet because of nerves, but Ghost's friends show him no mercy regarding his stutter. He has been the butt of many jokes and because of this, Ghost has developed a brooding reputation for being the silent, bad-boy. As if! He's gentle and lovely.
Mr. Warren considers himself an artist, and wishes to one day to be recognized for his lovely art work, With his distinct look and talents, he could go far in life, this young man. He is inspired by every detail. Kade is passionate about life. He loves to draw strength from the earth and the people close to him. Ghost may still be a little sad after her but he is getting better everyday. No longer is Ghost such a wistful, depressed ghost.
Kade is not tough, he is not snarky. He is a lost child who spends his days fiddling with pencils, papers, and other art supplies. His work is his life. It isn't that he is anti-social, but Kade no longer is as patient as he once was. Dealing with people of his age annoys the boy now. He considers himself more mature. Yes, that is pretty snobbish of him. Kade doesn't mean to be a brat, but growing up around the vain people of can make you that way.
It starts with a mother and a father, controlling and submissive, they meet at an art internship, her working after hours on a piece while he cleans the offices, never making much of his talents with stitching. He has beautiful eyes, she asks him to sit for awhile so she can paint them and craft jewels to match.
When she says this, she doesn't meet to craft baby blue eyes in the face of a small boy bundled in her arms, but they take about two years to come to this point. She names him Kade, unlike any other parent to a precious child in District One, because she knows the dark sides of a diamond and the hard edges of gold. She says you'll make a name for yourself, my child because she knows what being called Fairuz (a name for turquoise) or Claramae (a name for clear pearls) does to a child, first hand. Those are their names, the young man with blue eyes and the girl with big dreams and concerned hands. Kade William Warren is named to be different, yet he follows in his mother's hands and his father's tongue.
He is a young man who will smile at a pretty girl, but never without flickering eyes and a faltering wobble between his eyebrows, where he bears his stress grimly. He is mostly shy and his tongue is trapped in a metal cage, one his mother constructed for him as exactingly as she has before, for the other half of Kade's gene-pool. But his hands work charms into metal, and rubies drip like blood off the crowns he gently works around the measurments of a strangers skull. Claramae took him everywhere with her, always fearful that her husband and her son might speak real words, real, substantial emotions flowing freely if she let them be.
Inacceptable. Art was pain, art was suffering. Art was the image in the metal of the gemstone eyes, the ones Claramae loved so much, she decided she had to have a pair of her own, two eyes growing in her stomach and adoring her from the very start. Half of the equation became true, Kade's eyes are more silver than they are the deep seas Claramae favors, but he shamelessly loves her, watches her hands work, wants to ask questions, knows she will prefer the silence. She is gifted in a way other artists are not, she knows that her gems are not for herself, and so she deftly makes what a client asks for, never asks her own questions. Kade learns this with a tight-lipped, grim expression.
But when he is alone, or the far and few between times he spends with casual friends, Kade flourishes. His art stems from a lucid dream that Capitolites don't even know they've seen, or want to see, and his inspiration trembles in his still hands while he finds the pieces for his next project, knows what will compliment a silky cap of hair without leaving the indents of a crown.
His childhood meshes into a whirlwind of watching jewels, watching teachers, watching girls, watching boys. He spoke to the boys, sometimes laughed at their jokes and asked how their training went, but they distrusted him because he hadn't been the kind for training. He was regarded as talented enough with jewels to forsake the ritualistic training most fit, young males undergo. His mother took him on as an apprentice, knowing he needed some talent to survive on. By nine, Kade was well into his work, he often went straight from school to his mothers home studio, only a few minutes walk from home. His father spent days managing the house, cleaning business establishments, minding homes and children of Claramae's co-workers.
It was lonely, utterly lonely. Years passed by, Kade grew in knowledge of his trade, he did well enough at school, his parents never tried to keep him from childhood amusements, but he found them trite. His home environment didn't really foster a love of other children nor leave him with much time to enjoy his fundamental years of growing. But by twelve, Kade was a "hottie." His bland grey eyes were intelligent blue and full of a soft creativity and a hint of resentment. Early onset teenagedom, his father uttered once, and Kade felt a kinship to the soft and silent, ever present man responsible for him. It was about then Kade noticed his mother's flings, about then girls noticed him and by de facto, other boys spent time with Kade. He was innocent and sweet with a boyish face and lean body, honed in emotion, lacking in the roughness Careers developed at about the same age.
At fourteen he met her. Ghost was born because of her. Born out of the ashes of growing, stronger Kade who spent time with girls and enjoyed the first two years of Reaping eligibility more than he had the safety of his formative years. Katurah was the name she gave him, later revealing she went by it because she felt plain and simple as Karina. She was a masquerade party of a girl, swaying to music only she could hear and feeling impulses she always acted on. She followed Kade home one day and asked him to walk with her in the other direction. He complied, sensing a commanding aura shifting under the docile cap of blonde locks and simple blue eyes.
Somehow they spoke and understood each other, Kat seemed partial to his opinions, she rather enjoyed the idea of his designing jewels, but never really asked to see his work. She was smiley and wild, the kind of girl his mother would disapprove of and his father would stare down at his shoes because of. Kat was everything the rebel in Kade desired, with more and more revealed every day. Her lips were moist pressures against his own, and she liked to ask him questions about his hobbies. Kade never really knew how he liked to be alone in a sunny patch of his bedroom, or that he prefered cats to dogs before Kat. An enigma of a girl, she mirrored him in every way, but she never told him anything about herself until she'd learned fourfold about him.
They "went steady" for two years, knew each other casually since they were thirteen. At fifteen they broke up, then got back together for their second year. Kade was deflowered by her. They were more passionate together than apart, always enjoying their own company more than any other's.

so some plagiarizer named moofers stole some of my characters. kade's bio was lost awhile ago, and I found the appearance/personality for the most part word-for-word written on another site. the history is still lost, but I thought I should repost this for now
