Straight black hair, slightly longer than shoulder length, grey green eyes, a petite frame. Strong, though you wouldn't guess it looking at her. Her face betrays that somewhere along the line her ancestors weren't from this continent. She has gunmetal grey glasses. Shorter than most other girls her age, she can be sensitive to remarks about her height. Her typical clothing makes her look like a guy sometimes, especially when she wears hats.

Personality:

Very intelligent, though she tries to hide it in public. Very shy and quiet. She has a genius I.Q., and is an excellent mathematician. Her work in number theory is renowned in the more intelligent circles of the Capitol, and she frequently discusses with scientists and mathematicians in the Capitol, though their discussions are always mathematically related. Also very artistic, though usually lacking in a medium for her creativity. Also very proficient in a form of martial arts that her sister created.

History:

Her family is mostly mathematicians, with the exception of her sister. Her childhood was spent in relative comfort compared to most of the rest of the district. When she was younger, her father's work had caught the eye of a fairly rich professor in the Capitol, who would buy his work and use it as his own. This provided a semi-steady stream of income for her family. Unfortunately, when the man stopped buying her father's work, they lost a majority of their income, and have slowly slid into poverty ever since.
