Reference PicturePersonality:
Her skin is a lighter tone, but also dark. She has parents with two different skin tones, which describes the skin tone that she currently has. Her father has a pale, almost ghastly white tone of skins and her mother had a brown-ish color; like that of dull wood, which has given her her not so unique skin tone. Her eyes are another story, however. They are blue, which she had so commonly compared to the look of the sea, or what she thought the sea looked like.
She's a bit skinny for her size, but in no way does she look frail. She is actually quite flexible and agile despite her weakness, almost gross, appearance. Her ribs show cleanly, but she doesn't seem to notice. In fact, her stomach is usually seen somehow whenever she goes outside with her usual clothing. Even in the cold, the bottom of her rib cage and stomach are exposed to the cold. Her hair is usually in a twist of curls and knots, rarely ever straightened to go down her neck and back.
The way she walks is also quite the oddity in District Six. Instead of walking normally, she twists her legs around and does of odd leg movements that look a bit complicated to do; let alone each time that she moves forward. She seems caught up in the moment of life, looking like a regular teenager just having fun walking. But, truly, behind the walk, there is nothing but innocence to cover the blunt wall of sadness.
Fey, as most people like to call her because her name is a bit of a jumbled mess, has an odd personality. She's nice and friendly to everyone she meets and giggles and laughs constantly. She's almost like a little girl, the ones that dance would simply find fun out of anything. That was how she was like; an innocent girl hidden behind a shroud of insanity.History:
Or, most people would think that she is innocent. And, in a way, she is. Except when you bring up the subject of why she is so weird, and why she tends to have some schizophrenic-like illness. Of course, many may not mention why she would tell people she has a friend near her; or why she's watching something nonexistent. The answer here is simple; an addiction to a power pain medication known as morphling.
The morphling and her addiction to it has caused her initial personality to change from a normal, sweet, but shy girl, into a loud, almost schizophrenic psycho. But, when you look at her, you still see the sweet. Like a sucker with an interestingly hidden center, she hides behind that innocence so well, but not on purpose. She is a nice person, always has been, always will be. And she likes to talk to a lot of people, even if she has little to no friends because of her current state of mind.
Fear; a word that is commonly used in her dictionary now. Or, one that she can recognize the most. Her past has been full of fear, even if she had never told anyone else. Her life, although dull and boring when it comes to the family, had suddenly been spiced by this feeling because of one bad mistake that she had made; a bad mistake that would cost her her family, friends, and her sanity.Codeword: Odair
Morphling is the main cause of this. She was a normal child. A brother, a mother, a sister, and a father; as they had a big family. She was the middle child out of her family, although she is no longer. Her younger sister died from malnutrition some odd years back. She can't remember her as well as she wants to. At least, she couldn't at one point. Now, Fey is glad that the child had died. She didn't have to see what a monster she had become because of the morphling.
The morphling, supposed to be a heavy sedative for those in pain, to ease them. Many people had used it to ease their pain as they died, as many people had never intended on dying a slow, painful death. But in District Six, medicine was developed. At one time, as many teenagers did, Fey got depressed. Instead of wallowing in self pity or crying it out, she was indifferent and tried to remain as steady and stable as possible.
Of course, things never turn out like you want them to. She was no exception to this rule at all. Instead, she had gotten her hands on the pain killer from someone who had managed to swipe some from where they develop it. Of course, since she had the opportunity to try it just once, she took it. She didn't know about the side effect: that she would become addicted to it and even later have a reliance on it.
Soon, it had become much worse than just a simple addiction. Her family found out about it, was worried they could get in trouble over her addiction, and practically disowned her. She's not in contact with them anymore, instead scampering around District 6, acting as if she has a shelter. She never tells anyone the truth. The sadness, plus the morphling that she had, had caused everything to escalate, where she had developed some worrying symptoms such as talking to herself.
She never had anyone to talk to after she was disowned. She was alone, forever alone, and no one could help her. She even convinced herself she was sick, driving people away and not letting them near her.. Eventually, it got to her. And she cracked like an egg under pressure. Now, she's just a shell of her former self, wondering around like an innocent little girl again, with no thought in the world. Except, that is, about her addiction to morphling.
