Quiznada von Vliet - Peacekeeper

Quiznada has a few wrinkles around her nose area and her eyes, which she tries hard to cover up. She had light tan skin, and dark brown eyes. She had long lashes, and thin lips. She has an oval shaped face, and a semi-pointy chin. She will, every now and then, put her hair up.

Quiznada is around an average weight and hight, with long brown hair that she sometimes puts up. She has good running legs, and is strong and musculer. She has moles all over her body though, they cover her, and other peacekeepers sometimes make rude remarks about them. She has long legs, hence the good running. Her elbows are sharp, and one elbow by her can still hurt.

Quiznada has a cruel mind and heart. In District4, she was assigned to follow up on a group of Rebels, and she took a lower half, which is watching 3 children aged 11 and 12. She has it in her mind to hurt these children badly before killing them, for they have tricked and decieved her simple mind so many times. She is always falling into their little traps.


Quiznada think of herself as a strong, smart peacekeeper. She beleives in the ways of the capitol to the fullest extent, and does what her superiors tell her to. That doesn't stop her from picking on lower levels though.


Quiznada hates children, she'll never have them. The mere sight of children sickens her, but she took her assignment anyway. She loved the idea of catching little rebel children and making them confess to crimes. It makes her giddy just to think about the day she won't be fooled by the kids of district 4. She is taunted by her mates about it often, but she tries to shake it off and continue working.

Quiznada was born in district 2, and she was already a fighter. She worked hard jobs, and took to her father's side. She yerned to be in The Hunger Games, to win, to be a Victor, to escape poverty. She worked hard through school, and played sports with the boys. She was pretty, but she didn't ever really take care of her looks when she turned 19, and hopes of the capitol were gone.

When Quiznada turned 21, she moved out of her home and applied to be a peacekeeper. She was assigned District 4, and almost immediatly, she was thrown into a case. For many years, she has strived to catch the young ones of a pack of rebels. Mona Pickett, Alexander Leister, and Williams Whats-his-name. She can never remember the last one, for she doesn't often see him. Ever since the oldest was a toddler, she's tracked them down.


Once the kids got old enough to trick her, they did. Her simle mind wasn't enough to match the complexity of District 4. Only 3 kids she had to find, and yet they tricked her every time she thought she had them. She's been nearly drowned, shot, burned, and spent 3 months in a hospital from wounds. Her only ambition nowadays is to get back what she deserves. As the years pass, she becomes more and more enfuriated. Eventually, she will catch the children. But there is no telling when or how this will happen.

Once, Quiznada was tracking them down in the square, and she had just caught sight of Mona. She reached out to grab her but instead fell right into another trap. Alexander and William tripped her, and she fell face-first into a mud puddle. Mona lept out of the way and they ran off laughing.

Another time, she found Alexander taking some bread from a woman, and she just ended up lost chasing him down. She must've spent at least 3 days in the woods trying to find her way out.

Quiznada has been given four other things to do, but she often ignores anything unless it involves getting revenge on those three. And the few times that she DOES do another assignment, she's thinking of ways to catch them the entire time.
