Appearance:
Personality:
Leslie in what she calls 'Beauty Base Zero.' She often dies her hair to a 'tropical' colour. Her last was bright pink. She is a great believer in 'The Capitol Style' and dreams of being a stylist.
Leslie has blonde hair, which is what she calls 'infrizzled' with brown. It naturally goes slightly wavy - or maybe it's just the amount of idiotic things she does with her hair like dye it four times a day if there's a party - but she has an extra-strong straightner she uses to sort it out. Leslie has averaged-sized lips which are starkly pale pink against her naturally tanned skin. Her eyes have an interesting shape, curving upwards but a very skinny-size shape. She doesn't like this and often pimps it up with an extravagant colour eyeliner! Her face is quite average and her neck is quite short but with enough of a curve that it is unnoticable. She has a slim, curvy shape to her body with a flat tummy and features that are dreamed of by many citizens. Her size is pretty much average for someone her age.
Leslie is a lazy girl with no real talent, other than Capitol lifestyle and fashion. Recently, though, in her 'Get A Life' scheme, she has started weight lifting and jogging which she can do for a number of seconds before gasping for air. She feels pain ever so easily and is extremely delicate. But she adores people who are her opposite of her own fitness level.
History:
Leslie has an amazingly naive personality, not understanding even the simplest concept. She has a lot of weaknesses, anything that isn't clean or capitol-approved. She doesn't much like anything spooky or gory either (apart from the hunger games of course!) She is a snobby, spoilt capitol brat, raised in a world of money and protection. She thinks she can get anything she wants by putting on a tantrum.
Leslie dreams of a world of fashion perfection. She thinks she has the capability of being a Hunger Games stylist, which has been her lifelong dream. She wants to bring a new beauty to the Hunger Games. She wants to be able to bring a poor person into an amazingly attractive one. She wants the joy of catching someone's eye. Although she lives for her cash, fashion for her isn't about the money, it's about the joy it brings her! Her father, a home/garden/fashion designer is helping her on one side and her mother - a hunger games fanatic - is helping her on the other.
After her sister, Fleur disappeared about a year ago, Leslie has had a hole in her heart. She has cried and beet shut off from the world so many times. She's begged and begged and begged for Fleur - but to no avail. Her sister is never coming back and she knows it. Her mother hasn't been any help to her during this hard, hard time. Nobody has really, but she is trying so hard to actually get a life and forget about her past.
Leslie was brought up in The Capitol by her mother and father. She lived truly Capitol. Her early life was made up of food, sleep and play. She had a thick shield of protection at all times. She never got hurt in any way. Until she was 18.Codeword: <img src="http://i41.tinypic.com/16h2ibt.png">
Her mother, Wonder Suede was a Hunger Games fanatic, always getting involved, sponsoring, donating fashionable items of furniture and clothing, etc. she didn't have a good job so she seemed to just breath the air of Hunger Games. With such a mother she became involved with the games from an early age. Her father, Rubin Suede, an interior/exterior/human fashion designer was with nothing but himself. Her sister helped bring her up when her mother wasn't there to do it. Fleur Angel Suede, six years older than Leslie, was a kind, caring sweetheart who was the real mother for Leslie. When Leslie turned 18, Fleur announced Leslie capable to fend for herself and fled The Capitol, suspected never to be seen again. Leslie often grieves for her sister, who she knows left because she couldn't handle the Capitol or the games.
The night Fleur left was mayhem. Her father sent peacekeepers out to find her - out for a week at the minimum - until he called the search to a halt. Fleur had run away from the capitol, she had done it to get away from them. Her father was doing her no favours sending them out after her. She would only be found and killed. They told Leslie without hesitation, setting her off into a mad depression, when she could just scream and cry for what seemed like days. After three months of this, she couldn't handle it anymore. She went into a coma and was brought to hospital. Eventually, six months after Fleurs dissappearance, she stopped grieving, the horrible depressed Leslie was still lingering back there but the new Leslie knew what was right - fix up her life and just keep on pretending to be a plastic little Capitol dolly. But inside was a plan unhatching...
